Stayed one night before getting ferry to Koh Chang. No Restaurant or Bar, but fridge contained beer and soft drinks for purchase. Not a lot to do around, local Bar didn’t open until 18:00 so got taxi to a Restaurant on the River (actually designated a Canal. Found the hotel was hyped up in all Booking Apps. Be prepared to be disappointed. However the Breakfasts (included) was very good. Not a place to spend more than one night.

Very nice place and close to the city center. Big and clean swimming pool.

Very good place to stay. The decorations provide cozy-mellow feelings which I’m very impressed at this price point. Lightings are well placed and shows that they’re care about details.
-Very clean room and comfy bed
-Staffs are helpful and friendly
-Cozy room
-bathroom with in-room window and curtain. Perfect for couples.
-plenty of outlets
-spacious room
-has a cute compact sized pool (very clean tho)

Arrived at the hotel, heavy rain, water was standing in front of the hotel entrance. There was only one staff member sitting at a table, not looking at the customers at all. The parking lot had no roof. Had to walk through the rain to get to the hotel. If the hotel provided umbrellas or if the staff informed us that umbrellas were available, that would be great. The shower was not strong. Couldn't adjust hot/cold. The room was not soundproof. Noise from the room next door could be heard. If you want to rest so that you can be refreshed for work the next day, this is definitely not the place.

Hotel which must have been relatively good for Thailand but which suffers from a lack of maintenance. Damage !!!

it's quite sad. the hotel seems to be really built with passion and was pretty. but now (i was there around feb 2023 i think), it was so rundown and looking like it wasn't cared for.

it felt like the orginal owner who built it with love might have left the hotel.

bathroom smelt humid. the room was okay but rundown. 3/5

On arrival, I greeted the receptionist in Thai and was completely ignored. She didn't look at me once while my girlfriend spoke with her. When asked about breakfast, which is stated as optional online, she said there was none. Probably the worst service interaction I've had in a hotel. The staff the next day were better. Room was OK. Not facing the pool, but good for one night. I wouldn't stay here again because of the staff on the first day.

Pro The hotel staff is very friendly and they have a nice small swimming pool. Everything was clean. Con The breakfast is really basic. For 150 baht I can get / expect a bit more. Absolute terrible for me are the sleeping mattress. I felt like a very old man in the morning and could feel every bone in my body.
