You will be woken in early hours and afternoon by roosters from next door local people. You will be woken by busses parking under your balcony at 7:30 am with motors running, guides garnering their guests whilst you try to stay asleep….. impossible!!
All this in full view of 2 reception staff who refuse to ask the driver to park 50 metres further on the property. When you ask for the manager, my response was “ he is in bangkok” !!!
I don’t know how you can run a hotel from Bangkok 5 hours away with staff who are only competent to hand out room keys. I do not recommend this hotel at all .

Smart little hotel, good breakfast considering the price, really good value for money overall. Location a bit out of town if you’re on foot but would definitely stay here again

Reception just ok, a lot of noise from out side the room in hallway, the biggest problem restaurant not open Sunday or room service for food they must think nobody eats on Sunday and do not forget the cock crowing very early.

Two Alien in reception desk say nothing so i think they are deaf or mute or both
Is this the way you unwelcoming your paying customers ?
After i gave my passport and i did it my own ,nobody again asking it ,finally one lady start talk !
What an earth frontdesk !
Next hotel came to welcoming me in
the street,front of they hotel !
Hotel, price, room and breakfast and service next day was miraculously really well.

Good budget hotel in Trat. We normally sleep over here on our way from Bangkok to Koh Kood. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Overall high value for the price.

We were in Trat for the Trat City Night Fun Run and this hotel was recommended.
Excellent central location 200m off the main road (quiet) with perfectly clean rooms, comfortable bed, aircon, small balcony, good buffet breakfast, gym and pool.
Easy 800m walk to Lotus supermarket and shops.
Quick check-in and check-out from reception.
Will stay here again.

The room is clean, but is noisy from another room or walkways, the wall is too thin . At night some rooms has party at 3AM . Reception ant really make any actions and no apology to customer. Recommended other hotel in the same areas .
