Never stay here; just come for the buffet at Oasis Restaurant. They have plenty of food that varies from normal to good. The thing I like is the freshly cooked stir-fried vegetables of my own choice. Overall, it’s well worth 199 baht. What makes this restaurant special is their staff. They are very nice and helpful, from the car park to the restaurant, always with a smile and good attitude, even during peak hours. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay a little bit out of the way but so is quiet. Great bar and service.
Park your car away from the trees out front to avoid needing an urgent car wash to remove bird poop covering the whole car - maybe seasonal but that was my first stay. On my next stay a few weeks later I was more selective in parking location. I love that there are birds there but.....

I had a fantastic 6-night stay at Civilize Hotel in Udon Thani, a great 3-star hotel that delivers exceptional value for money. The front desk and doorman were incredibly welcoming. The housekeeping was impeccable, with our room cleaned thoroughly every day.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—featuring a combination of locally sourced favorites with great taste, and truly stands out as one of the best features of the hotel. We also enjoyed the cozy lobby bar, perfect for a relaxing drink before bed. All the staff were incredibly helpful, with special thanks to Pook from the F&B team, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.
The only thing missing for leisure travelers is a gym and pool, but overall, this hotel offers an excellent experience with top-notch service.

We stayed here for a week during sept 24 , the location to was great to allow eazy waling to the center of town, we had stayed at a few other Udon hotels during our holidays but found the location here was VERY convenient. lots of street food options less than 200 meters from hotel as well as nice hotel dining that had a mostly Thai thyme... if it had a pool it would of been better.. staff were all very pleasant. quite a buzy hotel with alot of Thai and few foreigners.

I booked 3 nights as this hotel. Overall is clean, airy and easy on eyes. The check-in and check-out process was fast. My room was clean but the bathroom was quite old. The air conditioner had a bad smell. The room had no sound proved, I heard every step that passed my room, noisy of opened-closed the door and noisy from the next room. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Central, but quiet location. Good free car parking. Spacious, comfortable, very clean room, modern, good taste decoration, nice bathroom. Daily cleaning. Everything looks new, built with high-quality materials. Large window. Eco-friendly. Good price. Very good buffet breakfast, Asian and western. Free bikes. Friendly and efficient staff.
