Staff was friendly. Breakfast is really good for the price! Rooms are quite small and I had to change bc of mold. The gym is a joke/not usable (really small and damaged). Can't use the rooftop in the night.

Overall, ok for a one night stay, but in my opinion the property is in need of many improvements (including thorough deep cleaning to be done, a lot of painting in rooms as well as common areas, as well as work involving safety concerns). A lot of the boards on the pool deck are not secured properly to the floor. There also looks to be electrical wiring, which could be easily exposed to the water on the inside the pool attached to the lighting. Floorboard missing in my room; filth and grime on the walls inside my room. The refrigerator in the room was dirty upon check-in. Breakfast is ok here. Overall, 2.4 out of 5 stars for mainly cleanliness issues as well as safety concerns.
Also, batteries in controller for AC in room were in need of replacement, and the front desk staff had me do it myself. I would not stay here again.

Overall this is a great hotel with really good staff. The rooms are a little bit small however since you're so close to Central Plaza you really can't complain too much considering the price.
The biggest downfall I would say to the hotel is the location as the street that is perpendicular to the hotel is where the bars with all the bar girls are. So expect to see a lot of old drunk white fat falang in the area, especially at night.
But otherwise if you can just ignore the last paragraph then the hotel is pretty good.

Nice hotel in udon thani great location near central plaza and night life in Soi on opposite side . Room are comfortable with aircon. Pod coffee machine in Room.. small rooftop pool. only downside us that the room could do with a touch of maintenance

Stayed a few times here. Very nice staff, room ok. Air conditioning so so, shower 🚿 small and not comfortable, location is great 👌

Kavin Buri Hotel, good location in central Udonthani, close to Central Plaza, night market, bar and resturant. And it is 20 drive to airport.

Room is beautiful , clean and comfortable , it’s a little bit small but ok , service is good , staff very kindly and breakfast is delicious will come visit again

Very well located next to market and walking street. Rooms ok but need some repair. Basic breakfast ok. Good service from staff .

Hotel very well located. Very close to the bus and train station. You can go walking. Clean, modern and well decorated room. Undoubtedly a good hotel in Udon Thani.
