it nearly Airport. And not too far from Central Plaza.
Anyway, we upgraded room to deluxe with bath, this was also troublesome, bed was fine, pillows again super soft (not my liking), curtains would not close fully on the runners, so early sun would wake you, toiled would not flush properly, even after reporting this issue and it being looked at by staff, we had to press the flush button really hard, hold it in and use the ‘bum gun’ in the pan to get the toilet bowl to empty and refill with clean water ☹️
Shower was fine with plenty hot water, my partner had a bath but it took about 20 mins to just over half full the bath, the water looked like it was gravity fed.
Air con was ok.
The hotel is really large with many rooms.
Entrance and reception area are nice, 2 lifts serve all floors, cleaning staff do a really good job, as do reception staff.
We did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on that, wi-fi was good & stable
Overall i do not think we will return to the Napalai as for the price, the issues are just not good enough for me, nice looking hotel from outset but needs upgrades & proper maintenance.
Had to relocate to another room as there was only boiling HOT water in shower. Then only COLD water in room 1108 so I was unable to take shower & also beds very old uncomfortable also breakfast is limited so I would NOT recommend this place at all.
I would grade Napalai Hotel a a 2 ⭐️ place that is old & in need major upgrade including the unfriendly unhelpful STAFF.
