best times of this hotel are longer over - the beetle car at their entrance has similar maintenance issues as the hotel - plenty of better places for the same price -

Reasonable price. Avoid 3rd floor, this floor is too hot and also no elevator. Behind the building is big futsal fields, you don’t have anything to block your view (my room was 309). In front of the hotel is a school, but so crowded or maybe i left early and return late. Parking area is quite dark, rocky and some small steps ... walk carefully!!!

Pleasant staff, helpful. It is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Balcony, plenty of light so feels nice. Cheaper than all other hotel in the vicinity, so really good value. My only issue around the local streets is the number of aggressive dogs, you can’t walk down the street without a dog having a go. Owners and the Thai government need to get a grip of this, it’s very bad for tourism. In the U.K. the owner would be arrested and dog destroyed.

The room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Located near a market. I've read some negative reviews and I found everything is opposite to what some visitors were mentioned, no loud noise from the football field, clean and friendly staffs. You get what (or a bit more) than you pay.

We were driving around looking for a place to stay, as may hotels were full that day. Rooms were nice sized and they had a small fridge which was nice, but no hot water heater for coffee. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a market about 1 km away with lots of food choices that is thriving at breakfast time and is pretty good in the evening as well.

Not really a boutique hotel, but very cheap so can't really complain. Staff generally indifferent and not helpful.
