Today, between 9:05 AM and 9:07 AM, I spoke with Ms. Jale from the switchboard as a customer planning a large event. Unfortunately, I received no assistance whatsoever.

My stay at Sheraton Adana Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were not only spacious and elegantly furnished but also impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We didn't spend much time at the hotel. Our goal was to visit interesting places and see Adana. I can only say good things about the cleanliness and comfort of the 4+ rooms, which is a solid and well-deserved star rating.

Staying in this hotel for 4 night, the building is beautiful and awesome view but sadly i didn't have best experience with their hospitality.
1. every morning it's feel like playing hide and seek with the waiters so hard to get coffee or drink on your table except you ask them for more than one time,
2. You need to ask at least 2 times if you want housekeeping clean up your room in exact time in the morning. Also you should request for extra clean cause the room is easy dusty.
3. The super limited amount of staff who able to speak English isn't it sad that the pool boy is speak better English than the concierge, the receptionist, and waiters in breakfast lounge.
4. They have street cat outside the breakfast lounge, don't get me wrong i love them so much but it's just sad seeing them begging food to the guest while the hotel actually can give them cat food and castration them so it's not gonna be so much cat in the future there.
5. Dear Mr. Concierge please learn how to talk to the guest politely, lower your voice. remember you're working in Hospitality. When the guest asked some help listen to them and helped them and Don't arguing them feeling that you're right or better, cause it's wrong manners as concierge!!!
