Radisson Collection Hotel, Bodrum

Fantastic beach, very good food. Slightly disappointed in service upon arrival- no tour or any explanations were given, so we had to discover everything on our own on the first day. The room was great with amazing view over the marina, but there were a lot of ants that would reappear after the cleaning. However guest relations manager Elena was amazing and helpful, other staff was quite friendly as well. Overall we had a great stay here

Had an great time at the Radisson Hotel in Bodrum. The staff were nothing but amazing to us and we were treated really well through out by everyone we encountered. The scenery and facilities were perfect. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous as some places/countries can treat you different due to being a different race but felt very much welcomed and embraced here. Will definitely be coming back to Turkey and here, especially.

The hotel, which opened this month in Anthaven in Akyarlar, where we had the opportunity to be one of its first guests, is in a very beautiful location with its Aspat beach, the sea, the Aspat hill in its immediate vicinity and the always fresh breeze. . Thanks to Anthaven, a completely different living space has been created on the peninsula with its mini marina and canals, which is almost called the Venice of Bodrum. Definitely places to come and see. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a mini golf course. In addition to the famous pide restaurants of Akyarlar, Nuri Usta and Hadi Fish, its main restaurant also offers a good alternative. As for the room, I recommend you to especially request the side with a view of the marina. Much nicer. It is worth noting that the hotel is a little far from the center of Bodrum due to its location. The hotel, which will eventually feature a new à la carte restaurant and other facilities, is a good choice, especially for those who love the nature of the region and want to experience the Venetian atmosphere of Bodrum.

I haven't stayed at the hotel yet but I believe it is beautiful. In fact, you don't go to a room on such a beach. Aspat is the most beautiful bay in Bodrum. It is a very special place with its history, wind and sea. The beach layout is nice and simple but I think it is very wrong to build a marina-like place where there is such a magnificent sea. The propellers of motor yachts will cause a decrease in fish. I hope they don't make the crystal clear sea like Bodrum marina, the bottom invisible. My five stars to the magnificent Aspat mountain and the magnificent sea...

Our stay in this beautiful hotel was impeccable. Not just the service by the employees was perfect, but also the vibe of the surrounding area and the components of the hotel was very appealing for naturelovers like myself and luxurious at once (if that makes sense). It was the best of both worlds. Bodrum is amazing but the people we’ve met working for Radisson Collection made our stay complete. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏻 We had a great time and hopefully will come back soon!

Edit: After we gave feedback, The Hotel tried their best to feel us better, and this changed everything. So I have changed my opinion for overall score.

My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. Upon arrival, I faced several challenges regarding hospitality and information; notably, the reception staff did not provide any information about the hotel, which was quite disappointing as a first impression. When I settled into my room, I found hair from a previous guest in the shower, highlighting serious shortcomings in cleanliness. Dining services also fell short; napkins were not even provided at our table during dinner. Additionally, I encountered problems when ordering on the beach; my orders were not entered into the system on two separate occasions, making it seem as though I had never placed them.

However, there were also positive aspects of my stay. The hotel's seaside location is truly stunning, and the quality of both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The room was spacious, and I appreciated that the hotel accommodates dogs under 8 kilograms, which was convenient for me as a pet owner.

Despite the challenges, the beautiful seaside and good food provided some consolation. I believe the hotel management needs to address these fundamental service failures to match the quality of their facilities and dining options.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. There were quite a few issues:

• The beach service was disappointing. There was no professional service at the beach; nobody came to take our order. Even when we managed to order from a waiter, the food never arrived.
• Housekeeping was noisy from early morning and very late in attending to requests. We asked for towels and cleaning service at 11am, but they only came at 3pm.
• We requested a double bed and received confirmation via both the front office email and their WhatsApp number, but we found two twin beds in our room. After unpacking, we had to repack to change rooms.
• The WhatsApp communication was poor. The administrator only replied when it was about payments; no other requests or questions were answered.

However, the hotel has its good points:

• The rooms are well designed ✅

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from a few staff members:
+ Mustafa at breakfast was very willing and kind.
+ Elena Hiora from guest relations made our stay extra special.
+ Polen was very smiley and helpful, always there for us.
+ SELEN LUCIE was very professional and helpful. She truly fits the hospitality industry and provides 5-star service.
+ Haydar was also very smiley and kind.

Despite the issues, these staff members made our stay enjoyable, and their excellent service deserves recognition.

One of the best hotels we visited.
Everyone was friendly and at your service all time.
Their private beach is great and the small marina around it is perfect.

We had a little problem with the breakfast variety but I was not a big deal.
All the other restaurants around are good especially HADI BALIK, it was our favorite seafood spot and very tasty
