My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. Upon arrival, I faced several challenges regarding hospitality and information; notably, the reception staff did not provide any information about the hotel, which was quite disappointing as a first impression. When I settled into my room, I found hair from a previous guest in the shower, highlighting serious shortcomings in cleanliness. Dining services also fell short; napkins were not even provided at our table during dinner. Additionally, I encountered problems when ordering on the beach; my orders were not entered into the system on two separate occasions, making it seem as though I had never placed them.
However, there were also positive aspects of my stay. The hotel's seaside location is truly stunning, and the quality of both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The room was spacious, and I appreciated that the hotel accommodates dogs under 8 kilograms, which was convenient for me as a pet owner.
Despite the challenges, the beautiful seaside and good food provided some consolation. I believe the hotel management needs to address these fundamental service failures to match the quality of their facilities and dining options.
• The beach service was disappointing. There was no professional service at the beach; nobody came to take our order. Even when we managed to order from a waiter, the food never arrived.
• Housekeeping was noisy from early morning and very late in attending to requests. We asked for towels and cleaning service at 11am, but they only came at 3pm.
• We requested a double bed and received confirmation via both the front office email and their WhatsApp number, but we found two twin beds in our room. After unpacking, we had to repack to change rooms.
• The WhatsApp communication was poor. The administrator only replied when it was about payments; no other requests or questions were answered.
However, the hotel has its good points:

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from a few staff members:
+ Mustafa at breakfast was very willing and kind.
+ Elena Hiora from guest relations made our stay extra special.
+ Polen was very smiley and helpful, always there for us.
+ SELEN LUCIE was very professional and helpful. She truly fits the hospitality industry and provides 5-star service.
+ Haydar was also very smiley and kind.
Despite the issues, these staff members made our stay enjoyable, and their excellent service deserves recognition.
Everyone was friendly and at your service all time.
Their private beach is great and the small marina around it is perfect.
We had a little problem with the breakfast variety but I was not a big deal.
All the other restaurants around are good especially HADI BALIK, it was our favorite seafood spot and very tasty
1. We booked 2 rooms six months in advance and specifically requested that they be close together because we are a large family, but we ended up in rooms located far apart from each other. After 2 days of vacation, we had to move to another room - it was simply awful.
2. The rooms are cleaned very poorly; floors are not washed, balconies are dirty, shampoo bottles are empty, and disposable razors are not provided. Once they even forgot to clean the room altogether.
3. To order water or coffee to the room, we had to repeat the request 3-4 times. In the end, it was easier to go and get it ourselves.
4. Service at the breakfast restaurant is subpar: tables are not cleared of dirty dishes, and the waiters do not understand English orders.
5. The outdoor pool is dirty, and there's bird droppings on the fence.
6. The beach was not ready for the season; the construction of the platform for water entry was completed only around June 10th.
7. There are dogs on the beach (although they are supposedly prohibited, there is a sign at the beach entrance).
8. There are many non-hotel guests at the beach, making it difficult to find a free sun lounger in the morning and afternoon.
The only employee who tried to address the situation was Elena, but apparently her efforts were minimal, as there are clear systematic management errors at the hotel. Considering the above, this hotel clearly does not justify its cost.
