Alayaz Hotel

Owned by a very nice and friendly family, the place is very safe and location is in the same street as the restaurants so it's very close, you don't need any taxis. Just know that restaurants are open all night so there is music and noise all night so you can ask for a room that's further from the street :) also breakfast was really healthy and nice

I’m usually not the type of person who writes reviews, but our stay here was so impactful for me and my family that I simply wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t share it. Every single positive review you see here is absolutely true.
This is an incredibly warm and family-friendly place to stay, run by the kindest and most welcoming hosts you can imagine. They helped us with every single issue we had, always with kindness and care. The accommodation itself is spotless, tidy, exactly like the photos, and perfectly located: just a 3-minute walk to the heart of Alaçatı, but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
If I could give more than 5 out of 5, I absolutely would. We were a group of 7 travelers with different tastes and expectations, and every one of us felt the same way — it was a perfect stay. We enjoyed it so much that I don’t only want to recommend this place to everyone visiting Alaçatı, but I genuinely want to invite the wonderful hosts to my own city one day so that I can return even a little bit of the hospitality they showed us (and I truly mean it, it’s not just words).
I wholeheartedly recommend that if you are coming to Alaçatı, don’t miss the chance to stay at Alayaz.

It was a very peaceful, sweet place with a very-friendly staff. The location is perfect, in the city center. It is clean, the breakfast was also very nice, includes fresh tasty vegetables and some marmelade variations. I would recommend to people who’d like to visit Alaçatı

Ertu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast.
Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room.
I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

We had a wonderful stay at Alayaz Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the family, and the atmosphere felt just like home. First things I said: it feels like you’re going to your grandma’s house for the holidays. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed.

The location is perfect — just a few steps away from the heart of Alaçatı, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s also only a short walk to the dolmuş station, which made getting to the nearby beaches super easy.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable.

Thank you again to the Alayaz family for the hospitality and for making our trip even more special. Especially baba Hasan and mama Hatice, we will never forget them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, central, and welcoming place to stay in Alaçatı!

If you’re there on a Saturday, you’ll find yourself in the middle of Alaçati’s weekly market which is a real gem to buy fresh products, and some fashion goods for good prices 😉

We cannot recommend Alayaz Otel enough! Arthur and his family are incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, ours had a nice balcony with a view. The breakfast is delicious and all homemade. Location is perfect. We wish we could stay longer 🌟

Great location yet very quiet in the room. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Hot shower with strong pressure. And the best part of our stay here are the owners Mr.Hasan and Mrs. Hatice. They went extra miles for us to feel comfortable. We felt like to stay at Uncle and Auntie home. And the breakfast is a great plus. Would definitely recommend to stay here. 👌🏼✨

My fourth time in this hotel. Super nice experience once again. I would like to thank the hotel staff and owners for their hospitality. Oh and before I foget… I have tried the vegan omelette at breakfast for the first time today. It was extremely delicious. Can wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for five days and found it quite causy, relaxing and comfortable. The management of the hotel presented by Hassan, Hadeca, their son Artug and his wife were so friendly and make you feel at home. The location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, the service was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We would love to stay again in this hotel.
