Cocos The Club Solto

My mom and dad was so happy to spend 2 weeks in this hotel. They were surprised with individual care from a staff. It was such a good experience so they definitely want to get back as soon as possible.
What about the room service it’s 10/10.
Everyday cleaning, update bedding and bath accessories.
The beach is great, what the love the most it is the clean water and the possibility to get as much towels as you need and change for the new one.
And the most favourite part of their vacation was breakfasts. They were impressed by:
1) Staff. They take care of every guest individually. The always ask is everything ok.
And for the breakfast you have anything you want with the best quality.
2) the products are the best quality. They really care about the food and products that is used.
3) also there is nutritionist I guess, who take care about commodity neighborhood
Wi-Fi is really good, you shouldn’t be worried about that.

Everything was great and everyone was attentive, I would like to thank especially the general manager Mr. Tuncay and the spa manager Hakan ,thank you very much to them.

We stayed at this resort for a few nights in late May. We enjoyed our stay, at this resort, very much. The beach and pool were excellent, offering a stunning view. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful and we will go back for sure. The hotel provides bottles of water daily, but you need to call to have them delivered to your room. Despite most staff having limited English proficiency, they were incredibly friendly and kind, always greeting us with a big smile. Special thanks to Gulsum and Gokmen.

Below I'm listing a few things that could be addressed to make future stays even more pleasant:

We occasionally noticed a sewer-like smell at night, though we couldn't identify the source. The safe in the room initially didn't work, but a technician was able to fix it.

There was no outlet near the desk for plugging in a laptop, so an extension cord would be a useful addition.

The resort has a small gym, it smells strongly of rubber, likely due to the flooring material.

DREAMS NAMED COCOS
If you are looking for the getaway of your dreams COCOS is the place to go. It was my best vacation destination in Turkey at all. Our room with a seaview was great choice, so clean and comfortable. Tipically good turkish breakfast. Stuff were very friendly and helpfull and we were very touched about birthday suprise they organized for us. Hotel is near by beautiful, colorful Alacati, where we spent every nights. Warmly recommendation for the Cocos. I truly hope so we'll see you soon again.

Stunning setting, everything in the hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and accommodating! Taxis easy to get to town (10 mins away) gorgeous tranquil hotel - perfect for a relaxing holiday! Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed at Cocos the club and were super impressed. We took the junior suite with a private pool. It was sadly still cool so we couldn't enjoy the pool and the sea as we hoped, but you can't predict mother nature. The best part was breakfast, delicious fresh buffet breakfast with loads of yummy variety to get your day started and the waiters are extremely attentive.

A perfect place for a wonderful vacation and a beautiful place that can be recommended is the place.

High non-environmentally compatible buildings and their architecture. Large garden and the beach is beautiful.

Slight wind in the air, without bothering with a warm, sparkling sea, clean and a great pool preferred.
