The hotel is nothing like the pictures it’s way worse!! the quality of the bedsheets and the pillows are horrible!! there is no tissue boxes there is only toilet paper when we went to talk to the manager he spoke in a disrespectful manner and he said “ it’s like this in Turkey!! the breakfast buffet is filled with flies in addition we booked a suite for two adults and two children and they gave us one king sized bed and extra bed and a couch the hotel isn’t worth the price at all..
Shame on them.

Hello everyone,

It was one of the best holidays I've ever had in Izmir, especially because of my stay at this hotel. The design is amazing and inspired by Izmir's culture. The hotel's space is wide and gives you a sense of freedom. The staff were very kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. The food is gorgeous, with fine dining prepared by the best chefs in Turkey.

The atmosphere at night was magical, especially at the traditional Turkish restaurant, which offers delightful "May honey." I can't wait to come back again.

We have been to at least 20 of the most high end resorts in Türkiye and this one rates among our favorites. Not too big, built in what I can only say is a dream version of a Turkish village and the service in every area and in every respect is the best we have ever seen. Facilities are extensive and includes popular night clubs, pools and a perfect beach. Shout out to our favorite waitress Cansel. She is wonderful.

Generally good, comfortable place to stay with a young family.
Sea water pools are excellent.
Parking space is plentiful.
Staff is trying their best to make you feel comfortable.
Some suggestions…
- You cannot drive a stroller as there are no ramps at stairs.
- There is no park for kids to play.
- There is a mandatory 10% service charge for your meals.
- There is no ice cream in the place for young kids…
- Staff is 90% young lads, too many of them…

Outstanding experience! Great Turkish breakfast from local food and Aegean nature.A lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. I’d strongly recommend this hotel if you’d like to see the beautiful Aegean coast and Turkish hospitality.

Stunning beach and sea. Horrible service and unexperienced staff. Ordered pasta for our kids, had to follow up many times, ready for an hour with an hair in it. Could not eat. No apologies from the management. Set your experience for High prices with low quality.

Good price, good hotel, good beach but their Sheba Restaurant is awful, and also the restaurant manager's attitude is very disrespectful and rude. I am surprised how the restaurant of a beautiful hotel is managed by this guy. Probably, he is a relative of the hotel management, no other explanation. Secondly, when you have your breakfast, there are flies and ants everywhere. Go there if you want to share your breakfast with ants and flies.

I have my wedding over there! Just one word: Amazing! Everything was great! Thanks to Kenan, Tanar and Kartal! They did their best for us to have a wonderful wedding! This hotel’s garden is amazing and definitely we will come back for a vacation!
One more thing: the staffs and waiters was super professional during my wedding party! They was watching you all the time and appear next to your table when you just look at them!!!

Great location - right on the beach which makes it perfect for families with kids.
Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a misunderstanding with our reservation, but all was sorted out quickly and we received the room we expected.
