Very friendly people running the hotel! The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we have a relaxed holiday. Every request was treated with a “I’m here to help” attitude - a true host! The breakfast was delicious and since we stayed quite a few days, we were happy that every day they took care of bringing something new at the table. The location is great to walk to the city plus you have parking in front of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was in a very good location, close to the center of Alaçatı and to nice beaches for swimming and sunbathing.
The hotel itself has a very nice and clean atmosphere, which is great for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Nice and friendly staff with delicious food and reasonable prices.
Overall, everything is perfect for a great and relaxing vacation.

Really good and sweet hotel, so quiet and beautiful. 🥰😍😘 The city center is really 5 minutes from the hotel. 🚶♀️🚗💨 The owner is a really good person. 👍🙏😊 Rooms and the pool are always very clean. 🫧🚿✨

We stayed 4 nights with friends;
+ Staffs are super helpful and kind
+ I highly recommend their breakfast, all the products they use have really good quality.
+ Everywhere is clean all the time and they always have someone in the reception 24/7 and ready to serve you.
- Lights were a bit problem in our room (they had only a floor lamp and lampshade), if you try to charge your phone, you must turn the lampshade off.
- It sometimes getting noise from outside

We had a great experience at Moy. The garden is absolutely beautiful - very relaxing with interesting landscaping and a beautiful pool. The breakfasts were fantastic and the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

I arrived on July 17th and had to ask for a cleaning rag and cleaning supplies to clean my hotel room on the very first day!
Everything was dusty and dirty.
Still, I've tried to stay positive, after all it's my annual leave and I want to make the best of it.
Yesterday at breakfast I was told again and again that my wishes are not included in the price.
I didn't want anything fancy, just simple and natural things for breakfast.
It feels like everything is extra, which hasn't been the case in Europe or any other holiday in Turkey so far.
My friends are staying at another boutique hotel right now and are not having these issues, including no extra charge for breakfast.
There is no clear menu card and you have to pull everything out of the hotel staff's nose.
When I asked the staff if I could change my hotel and get my money back because I'm not happy in this hotel, the lady responded very energetically and only said: "every hotel has its own character". .
Apparently the dust and dirt is also part of the style of the hotel :/
In my opinion, this has nothing to do with character and charm!
The employees do not accept constructive criticism and do not accommodate the customer.
Best of all, the blond lady with the curly hair stopped greeting me and I was ignored for the last 4 days of my holiday!
Terrible and unacceptable.

It is a super nice family run hotel and the owners are simply awesome! We booked it for a week and we had a great time there. The rooms were really nice, the breakfast was delicious and it was served in the beautiful interior garden. Totally recommend and we would definitely book this place again.
