Be careful with these criminals. We lived there for a while. Everything was fine, we ordered some documents to be delivered to this address. Documents took a bit longer to deliver and we moved out. After we got confirmation that the documents had been delivered we called this hotel to collect them. First they said nothing was delivered, after several hours they admitted they had got our docs, but unfortunately "we had some unmentioned items unpaid when we moved out" and they can't give us our documents unless we pay them. We had to pay

We stayed for 30 days at Guden Pearl, which was a so-so experience.
Pros: nice location, view, and big brown dog
Cons (Lots of them):
- One of the A/Cs needed to be fixed with the entire kitchen side. (was fixed by the owner the next day).
- You can only turn on up to two burners on the stove; otherwise, the whole stove will turn off on the electrical panel.
- Wi-Fi connection is poor, especially in the evening.
- Sockets fall off, and the room requires renovation.
- Half of our stay, there was no hot water.

Bonus track: on the 16-18 day of our stay owner started the renovation of the next room. Every morning we woke up because of the wall drilling. They didn't warn us about the renovation at the check, which was pretty surprising. The noisy part of the renovation continued till our checkout.

In 12 days the following points came to light:
there is no cleaning in the rooms, only bed linen and towels are changed once. when leaving the wife of owner demanded that we clean up the room and take out the garbage.
in addition to a couple of owners, their children, parents and other relatives live in the hotel. they perceive the hotel as their home, but not in the best sense for guests - there is a feeling that you should not bother them. they sit noisy and chatter loudly around the tables at the pool, always smoking ( their grandfatherwe constantly smoked right under the window, so that the full room was filled with cigarette smoke).
wi-fi speed was low in the evenings - be ready to buy a local sim card
owners are extremely disturbed by small children - they constantly complained that our 4-year-old baby could do something wrong attheir yard
they have a giant dog, constantly spinning around the tables and the pool
the quality of the utensils for cooking hot food is disgusting - these are the cheapest aluminum pans on which all food burns
the pipe in the kitchen sink was clogged and there is almost no water running out, we asked to fix the problem, but this was not done - they just skipped
breakfast is poor, the choice is not as rich as in the photo. for taking away a couple of buns, we were reprimanded as thieves, they were poking our nose at the "hotel rules"
hotel is located "sleeping" district,you have to walk decently.to cafes and the sea
the beach in the area of ​​the hotel is not maintained (see photo)
the backyard of the hotel is dirty (there are windows over there), there is a dump under the window.
Thousands of exactly same and better apart-hotels (perhaps not as advertised) are located in this area, also with a pool but prices 2.5 times lower
