Istanbul Airport Express Hotel

An hour after my wife and child checked into the hotel, the shower cabin glass shattered by itself. My child's hands and feet were cut in many places. Imagine what would have happened if the glass had hit him. I spoke to the hotel manager and he said we changed the room, he can leave if he wants and we will refund the fee. A joke of an apology. Even the most underdeveloped country does not have such a hotel and manager. I am sharing these with you so that you can be aware of such poor quality hotels, because you cannot know in advance. I have experienced this, but please be more careful about choosing a hotel.

This is definitely a one start hotel. Avoid if you can. There are much better one-star hotels in Istanbul that are still better than this one.

Pretty much get what you pay for
Was neat enough but air-conditioned didn't work he did try and fix it but couldn't so just said well it does get cold at night and left us in a hot box
Noisy as paper thin walls
No nice restaurants around so went across to a kebab ship felt quite intimidated
But like I said it's cheap and served it's purpose

Horrible place, so dirty you cannot even imagine 😫
Toilet looked like it was never cleaned!
Please do not go there, there are lots of places nearby with the same price but muuuch better conditions!
