It’s nice stay in general. The staff are friendly and kind specially the receptionist. The location is amazing. It’s near many shops and restaurants, and in nice quiet area. The room is clean, breakfast included and there are water, tea and coffee provided every day. I really like staying here.

Everything was fine, the metro is 15 mins from the hotel, easy to access. In the area there are countless places to eat / relax. Good location, and close to IST airport.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For starters all of the rooms were filled with stains on carpet, floors and linen. There was a used menstrual pad in my toilet and garbage on the floor in the room and outside of it.

I asked to change rooms only to see that ALL of the rooms are super gross and then when I asked for a refund the refused and kept showing me new rooms… even after 2 hours I still had to go to rooms that had all been smoked in and where super disgusting.

The area around is super filthy and far from the airport which you have to pay extra for if you want an airport drop off… do you self a favour and never check in to this hotel.

The room is not big, but is clean and cozy. Breakfast is good and it is in a hall on the top floor with some views. Half of the power outlets in the room are inaccessible because are partially covered by the table and the TV.

An hour after my wife and child checked into the hotel, the shower cabin glass shattered by itself. My child's hands and feet were cut in many places. Imagine what would have happened if the glass had hit him. I spoke to the hotel manager and he said we changed the room, he can leave if he wants and we will refund the fee. A joke of an apology. Even the most underdeveloped country does not have such a hotel and manager. I am sharing these with you so that you can be aware of such poor quality hotels, because you cannot know in advance. I have experienced this, but please be more careful about choosing a hotel.

Excellent hotel, good service. Saved me from a sleepless night, you could say persuaded, but I never regretted it. Price $70, breakfast included. Transfer 15 minutes. I recommend.

My girlfriend and I had our flight delayed for 2 hours due to bad weather conditions. I told the lady at the reception about my situation. I asked if we could leave 2 hours later. She said that if we wanted to stay, we had to make an extra reservation for one more night and they basically kicked us out in the rainy and stormy weather. And even though we are people who stay at this hotel all the time. Never again. Never.

This is definitely a one start hotel. Avoid if you can. There are much better one-star hotels in Istanbul that are still better than this one.
