worst experience ever. do not recommend. women travelling alone in particular, stay away from this place.

Very nice place to stay few days...very quiet and so close to sea....and close to airport too... the guy from here he booked taxi for me.
The staff is so kind and polite.
Food is so good and tasty...the salad was amazing and so nice flavour.❤️🤤
Definitely recommend this to everyone who want to spend nice and quiet time next to sea.

I love the hotel. It has a beach view. It is only 30 minutes from airport. So you can spend your time when you need a transit from your trip. Very nice and friendly staffs. We were welcomed with hot black coffee and milk for my kid.

Liked · A very amazing seaside hotel run by (at least) four brothers and (apparently) other family members. Some stayed on site during their work week, which made for a stronger community and a higher level of hospitality and accommodation. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The pack of neighborhood dogs keeps the area very safe. The government has lifeguards posted.
The food service covered Turkish diets as well as European and UK. I brought my own Gluten Free bread, but they also had theirs. The strawberry jam on my breakfast eggs and bread was wonderful. There is an endless supply of Çay (Turkish tea).
Taxis to the hotel from IST were tricky. The Kumsal Otel paid the drivers when the Taxi's credit card readers would not work ( which was everytime). Fare should be ~90 Turkish Lira (TL). Yellow (Orange) Taxis were recommended. I did have to take one Blue taxi.
There were WiFi coverage problems, but as soon as I and others told them, work-arounds happened immediately.

Could be cleaner.
Nice people but didn't like me so charged more money than others. Prices were more expensive than London!
Terrible chef, couldn't get fresh bread or chips right.
Charged twice for taxi to airport!

It was really great. Awesome customer service, good food great vybe. Would definitely revisit.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly by the staff at reception. Everything was taken care of for our family and they made sure that we were comfortable during our stay.
The room and view was beautiful. Everything was clean and high quality. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony which is located across the street from the Black Sea.
The staff kept the restaurant open later than we expected so our family was able to have delicious, full service dining while watching the sunset and hearing the waves.
I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you again Kumsal and family!! We will be back someday!
