One of the worst hotels i attended
Rooms were so small
When i arrived there they told me the room underground and I said it’s ok coz i was tired from the trip
And the ac was not working all the night
We call them many times without any response

Very nice place to stay with a good service. Good price. Wet cleaning daily. Not far from metrobus station. 5 minutes walk to the seaside. Lots of small shops and cafes with the delicious food nearby. The hotel is situated not in the tourist location and although most of the locals don’t speak English, they are really nice and polite people.

I think that this hotel is very good. Service is very polite and kind to guests.And if there is any issues service making a big effort and trying to do their to fix it in the shortest time.

The bathroom was very dirty. During the night too much noise in the room from metrobus and impossible to sleep. It was a very bad hotel where I was in my life. I lost one night in this hotel. I will never return to this hotel

Very good staff and clean rooms, wifi is available in all rooms with high speed, the most important option is its price.
I think it is best option for stay when you want take PTE exam, there is 20 min distance from this hotel to mindi center.

Smelly room, bugs under the bed, too much noise from the outside. They didnt even change the towels.

Good price, ac, nice washroom , very nice breakfast facility very close, only 1 outlet in the room, They forgot soap first day, cockroach was found in my room, night staff was very unresponsive (I asked for water 3 times), rooms had no waters, one dirty bed sheet with blood stain

I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The hotel is very clean and all the staff speak English which is quite rare in Istanbul hotels. The heating system and wifi signal are excellent, all come at very reasonable prices.
