Golden Flower Hotel

I liked it this hotel,the place is great,it is near the metrobüs.the room is clean,big with a very good price.the service is fabulous and fast...the staff is very nice,respectful,very friendly and they love their job .you can sense the good energy and vibe from the working staff.i m thankful to the working staff especially the lovely Naz,she s very polite and Sweet.

For a tourist i recommend this hotel.good for you guys .

I spent two days in this nice hotel. The room was clean and the service was great. The reception staff were very nice espicially a lady called "Nas" or "Naz". She gave me the choise to choose one room out of two. She was helpful with everything, taxi booking, extra tools for the room. To be honest, I have never found a friendly staff like them. They welcomed my guests who came to visit me. I used taxi whenever I went out so I am not sure about other types of transportation. One thing, Nas gave me extra discount when I extended my stay there.

I have been shown nothing but respect and kindness from the team working here. I don't know all their names but nothing is too much to ask from them. I will definitely come back. Naz is always smiling and polite. I think she will go far in the hotel business.

Close to all forms of transportation restaurants and local shopping. The staff are very helpful in whatever issues that my arise. Naz on front desk is customer service orintated and took care of my requests quickly and efficiently. The entire staff do what they can to see your experiences are positive with their commitment to help the client.

Overall, it is a lovely hotel to stay for vacations or business trips. The front desk staff Nazli was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She speaks many languages, including English, which was quite helpful for me during my stay. I wish Nazli all the best in her future endeavours.

As per my room, it was a bit small as per my expectations. But it was clean and had almost everything I needed for the time being. However, the use of compact furniture made the room cosy and quaint. I felt peaceful, comfy, and safe during my stay here. My favourite place to chill was the lobby.

This hotel is located at a good place around 10-15 mins walk from the metrobus. It has lots of grocery shops nearby. The rate of the hotel kept changing due to the New years Eve. I extended my stay for a few more days because I felt comfortable here, especially with Nazli on board. There are a lot of tourists who are living here. The biggest problem I faced was the WiFi network. It is just very slow and pathetic that has irritated me a lot. Also, the floor creeks and for ventilation, if air conditioning isn't working, at least a fly/mosquito screen should be installed on the windows to allow cross ventilation. Im not saying it's perfect. It had its flaws, but im focusing on the positives more.

In conclusion, my stay at this hotel has rather been pleasant knowing Im in a safe and tidy place. As Im living far away now in a shared house, I am really missing this hotel a lot. My time spent at this hotel has been truly wonderful.

I give 4 star only because of their hospitality, otherwise I would give 3, by the way room, toilet, bed, towels were clean but the room was a bit cold after 3 am. Bed and pillows were not comfortable for me but place was very secure the reception was a very nice person, the price was fine.

Big rooms, good service, good location,

BIM market and A-101 Market are few meters away from the hotel directly on the opposite side of the hotel.

Excellent Hotel, Economic, Neat, Good Location, Helpful Staff

One of the best Hotels in Town for short term booking, staff is very helpful, restaurants, shops are on walk distance, 10 to 12 minutes walk for metrobus, weekly Bazar is on walk.
