There are better hotels for the same price. It's like a dorm room. The gentleman at the reception is friendly. Other than that, I didn't like anything. I don't recommend
I liked Megaş in terms of location, because it is located right between Ayvalık and Sarımsaklı beaches. Since there is a minibus between Ayvalık and Badavut every 10 minutes, it is very easy to get to both places. It is also a great advantage that it has its own beach 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel is really clean, the towels smell of soap. There were only two things that upset me. One of them is that the sink faucet is dripping because it is an old hotel. It is a pity for the environment. The other is the humming sound that sometimes comes from the air conditioner in the room next door, I think. If you are not very sensitive to noise, it will not be a problem, but I had a hard time sleeping the first night I stayed. Still, I can give it 7.5 out of 10 in terms of price and performance.
The manager fooled us, he showed us a very nice room with a perfect view, and told us that the other room is a little bit older, but the important things in the room are bad.
Only one socket available in the room, the other one is for the TV and the fridge.
The washroom is soo small and soo old.
I think that they renovate some of the rooms and one of them that he showed us, but other economic rooms still old and needs renovation.
So didn't worth the price that we paid.
