Very bad hotel, very dirty room, rude staff, there is a bad smell inside the hotel. Towels are shredded and pillows have yellow spots, blanket has blood spot.
It was a terrible night with a very bad experience.

In particular, I give 5 stars so that the hostel-like service of Puğari, which is supposedly called a hotel, comes to the fore. The rooms are very narrow, extremely dirty and have a sickening smell, unclean linens, shampoo and drinking water not available in the rooms and not provided even if requested, no hot water to take a shower, only one kind of food, the staff's not smiling, something missing at the table If you want to be served as if they look back when asked (such as bread, water), you are in the right place!

We stayed with my family for 3 nights, unfortunately, there is no hygiene, the rooms are smelly, there is hot water, there is no hot water, you are lucky if you can think of it. When the food was fiasco, I bought it when it first opened. We went up and down the stairs with the load in our hands, 5 floors with problems in the elevator. The staff, except for the lady at the reception, are very amorous.

As Nova Tour, we have been staying at the pugari hotel for 2 seasons. We had the opportunity to work with all the hotels in the region, and it is the best hotel in terms of price performance. I've been organizing tours to the region for 10 years, you can hardly find room quality in the region like this. Mr. Murat, the hotel manager, Emir and Mr. Muhammet at the reception do their best to help you in every way. My brother Furkan, food and breakfast are served in every location, mashallah 💪 Don't mind the Arab comments, the hotel has nothing to do with Arabs, the best service is given to local tourists.. and the most delicious food in the region is here.

The employees are very sincere, especially to Ms. Canan and Mr. Muhammet. We liked most of the dishes. The variety is less but sufficient, I think there is no need to waste. The breakfast was sufficient, all the cheeses were delicious. We did not have any problems with cleaning. When the night was cold, we asked for an electric stove and they sent it right away. Thank you, we are very satisfied
