The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was diverse and delicious. The cocktails had a good alcohol ratio and whiskey options like Black Label, Red Label, and Chivas 12. The downside was the lack of Old Fashioned cocktails. Activities were fun. You can access menus and events through the Hilton Dalaman mobile app.

Service could have been better in main restaurant. Some waiters were standing around talking whilst others had to work extremely hard. The gym was amazing, staff were very helpful and knew very good english. The spa, food, entertainment is spot on too. I would just make one complaint which is that the sunbeds could be a little better but apart from that, a great holiday.

Great place, attentive staff and a great holiday. The entertainment is good for all ages. There is a strong community spirit with getting people playing sports/ games. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone with young families.

The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are big and beautiful with great WiFi and good service in the reception and the restaurant.

There was an electrical shutdown during the night. So no A.C. anymore and light. There were only the cover sheets and no other sheets to cover. Otherwise the service is really polite and nice. The room was clean and the breakfast basic but nice. A good stop after the flight

Stayed at Alibaba house for an early flight from Dalaman airport. The rooms are recently decorated and freshly furnished. I stayed with two kids and they loved the family room with two extra beds. Host is very friendly and would use this facility again for sure. 👌

Absolutely fantastic little airport hotel. The rooms all seem refurbished… comfy bed, air conditioning, fridge and really nice shower. Very welcoming with a cup of chai! And do airport transfers 24hrs a day. Nice little secluded garden and outdoor bar. Will stay there again.

Modern rooms renovated this year in the middle of an oasis of peace. The wooden beds gave me chalet feel and the modern black hardware in the rooms a modern touch. Very convenient location, easy and very quick to reach from the airport. Room was spacious, cool and immaculate with top quality beds and facilities. Our flight arrived late but the hotel gladly accommodated a very late check in. Breakfast a was excellent. A great spot to rest before moving on to our rental circa 3 hours away. Highly recommend.
