I stayed in this hotel past month, wedding started in the same place where the hotel guests should sit, that wedding started around 7 evening until 11.30, you feel yourself as in the wedding, very noisy and unacceptable at all, hotel owner wants to earn money from each side without respecting that there are guests in his hotel and should provide them comfort

We chose it because it was close to Bursa, the reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the rooms of the hotel were large and spacious, the cleanliness was not bad, if you are going to choose this hotel, we definitely recommend you not to choose the rooms under the terrace. The reason is that it is a very windy area and the roof noise is heard. It's always impossible to sleep, it's like the roof lifts up and then settles down, the pool is semi-Olympic and big enough, but my eyes were red because it was medicated, it was the second day and it wasn't hygienic, we couldn't go to the sea for 2 days because it was extremely windy and we had to stay in the pool, there is a small pool for children and There are two pools, one with slides, the pool in the slide area is very small, it is attractive to adults, but once you slide, you realize that you should not slide again. There is not enough space to put sun loungers in the pool area, there were probably more than 400 customers in the hotel, the space to put sun loungers was around 120 at most, I think they wake up with the morning prayer and put towels on the sun loungers, because it is always difficult to find a full place, you have to fight for it, no one comes and takes care of you. You open it and prepare sunbeds, no one cares because you have already paid the money. You say "I should go to the sea, there is no room here", the hotel has an area where only 50-60 sun loungers can fit at most, towels have already been spread on all the sun loungers there, there is no attendant there, we saw the attendant on the last day, he was also in civilian clothes, the ground is full of cigarette butts and garbage, God bless you. In this case, when you get away from the beach, the sea is very clean and clear, the water is cold, but once you get in, you get used to it, it makes you feel like nails, if there were no children and if the weather wasn't windy, I could say we had a holiday if we were at the sea all the time, there was also a sister there selling corn on a mobile cart, her corn was very delicious, you can taste the village corn. We bought it to the end, it was the most delicious product we ate on our holiday, the hotel's food was incredibly disappointing, every dish was full of capia pepper and carliston pepper, there was a smell in the food they served on the first day, we were afraid of poisoning and we all had a bad stomach, we thought it was because of the oil, they served the food themselves, like the military. There is a queue every day, if it wasn't for chicken va, rice, blarney and grilled chicken, we would be hungry. The service staff does their best, but the number of hotels is so small that it is not possible to reach them and therefore there are problems. The hotel management here has plenty of food instead of quality and happy customers. The customer chooses to spend a lot of money and gives you an experience that you will never want to choose again. Even if this hotel wants to host you for free next year, we will not choose it, I think this will be enough. The staff wears hotel uniforms, the older ones wear civilian clothes, it is not clear who is who, there are no name tags, names It is not written, there is no information about the names of the dishes and their calories, it is a completely bogus system, I think those who are satisfied with this hotel are the people who go on holiday for the first time and swim in the pool for the first time, we are satisfied with two aspects of the hotel, the tea is very nice, I would like to thank Mr. Hakkı in this regard, he was the only caring person in the hotel, The rooms are large and spacious. When you think of breakfast, the open buffet with honey and cheese varieties comes to mind. If you expect this here, you will be very disappointed. I think it would be more fair for the hotel to be 2 stars, the logic of the hotel management is that there are plenty of customers, plenty of money, a lively atmosphere, a terrible experience.
