Grand Vuslat Hotel

Just the location is nice. We got a family room and the room is as big as an ass with only the bed and a wall in between, you can barely pass. We have to call until 12 for cleaning and they said there were clothes on the bed and the sheets weren't changed😂 Yes there were on the double bed but there weren't any on the single beds and they hadn't touched. When they first cleaned I was in the room and the cleaning ladies weren't in the bathroom and they were saying oh my god. The reason for this is because there was a baby and we put a foot towel so her feet wouldn't slip and she got wet I think that's why 😂 Now let's get to the pool. The poolside is never cleaned it was a bit windy today and everywhere was covered in leaves and the trash was never cleaned. When I pointed this out, they were told it was windy today and couldn't be cleaned, and they cleaned it in the morning and evening. I didn't see it in the evening either, I don't want to blame anyone. There are cigarette butts and trash on the floor and it touches the pool. The songs playing are the same all the time, I'm literally sick now. Breakfast (the lowest level breakfast I've ever had, I'd say I was full with incredibly mediocre watermelon and cheese). Dinner is all the same appetizers, never changes, and the chef provides three different dishes. For dessert, there's pudding and a supermarket dessert served with syrup. Drinks include water, lemonade, and cherry juice, which is also readily available, and water is served in glasses. There's no water or ice at the hotel, so don't expect any comfort. The only pleasant thing is that you can see the sea while you're by the pool.

The hotel's location alone is magnificent...
I ate the worst food I've ever eaten, but not like this. You might ask, "What do you expect for this price?", but it was truly unbelievable. There's no appearance, no taste, no presentation, nothing. I'd say go and see how bad grilled chicken can be. Or how bad your morning or evening tea can be, you just have to go and see for yourself. As I said, we had to eat the worst food I've ever eaten.
The rooms were okay for the price. We stayed for three nights, and no one even came into the room. If you call and ask for something, they come right away, but you have to ask.
The pool was adequate. The beach was within walking distance. If you wanted something outside of meal times, there were only cold drinks in a refrigerator. You had to bring them yourself. The staff was very, very inadequate. Kardelen is the sweetest person working there. Her smile and friendliness were perfect. The only positive thing was Kardelen.

Yes, I'm aware of this, the price is very good, but I shouldn't expect much for these prices, but you do expect a little service.
Don't worry about the food; go and stay. Have a nice holiday in advance....

Welcome to the middle ages. If you are not married with your traveling friend you simply cannot stay in this hotel. 👏🏻👏🏻
