Bright side: beautiful views from the mountain where the hotel is located. Our room’s balcony had an amazing view, as well as the restaurant. Staff was kind and welcoming.
Bad side: The hotel is located off of a dirt road that needs maintenance and is very dangerous. The hotel did not mention or warn us about this and so our car got stuck in the dirt and could not go up. We spent an hour in the scorching sun trying to get the car up the hill. Finally random people saw us and stopped to help us and we were able to push it up. It was a very scary and stressful situation. When we told the hotel manager about it, they did not apologize. I asked him if he could pick us up at the top of the mountain for rest of stay and he did help with that. We suggested that they warn people about this, hopefully they do in the future. Also, our room was up a ton of steep stairs and we had to carry our suitcases up which was also stressful. This place is overpriced for how rustic it is. This price point can get you a more comfortable and enjoyable hotel here in Turkey. For those reasons I would not recommend this hotel.

The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. The house is tastefully furnished and the breakfast served was good. It’s a very special and great location if you can handle the drive and the stairs (see below). Despite the great location I am not so sure if I would come back.
The last 800m of the road to the house is a very steep dirt road which is very hard to drive for normal cars. The hotel should make that very clear upfront and not just tell you to drive very slow!!! They should offer a shuttle service from the parking area at the main road as an option. After finally arrinving you have to carry your luggage up many steep and badly maintained stairs without any help. I wonder what people do with suitcases… Make sure to bring food and drinks as there are no shops close by! The kitchen in our house (Papatya) was tiny and not very clean.

It was a very great experience! Me and my Girlfriend really enjoyed the stay there. The food was very deliciuous and the service was friendly and attentive. We asked for minor stuff Like Ice Cubes for our room or glasses snd they happily provided it. They also Bring the Cocktails down to the beach. Also the Atmosphere ist very cozy and they provide a small Fitness area which i used and liked. I can highly recommend it.

Amazing experience from some of the most accommodating people i have ever come across. Absolutely breathtaking view and location that you never get tired of. Be aware that the roads are incredibly tricky so try not to travel at night. Also the location is extremely exposed to nature so you may get some ‘visitors’ from time to time. Overall though, a stunning experience

My wife and I were at this beautiful place at September with a little baby. I want to admit that it is not so comfortable and maby a bit dangerous there with a baby caddy when walking down to the beach, so take care of transfer if you are with a little baby. There is a and wonderful view from the hotel on the bay. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. We lived in Petunya house, it is large clean and nice! there are everything needed for the comfort and rest. The nature is awesome there, the sea and mountains are fantastic! I want to say once again a lot of thanks for the hotel owner for supporting us with some issues, everything was fine and fst resolving. Thank dear Kabak Utopia for nice meeting and wonderful vacation.

La Boheme Kabak overlooking to a beautiful bay, It's amazing romantic hotel in secluded place. Spectacular view throughout the entire day. Beatiful wooden jetty on the beach, water is crystal clear. Hotel staff is always there for you; nothing is too much to ask. Absolutely amazing team. The on-site restaurant offers delicious meals, and the breakfast there is to die for. We would love to visit again spend some good times in this hidden paradise again. Thank you for everthing

Horrible. Pretends to be a luxury hotel but nothing more than a mediocre bed and breakfast with a nice view, if you fight for one despite booking it. Rooms are old and basic. Music blaring from morning until 10:30pm.
Forget doing anything else on your trip, as there is no easy access for in/out - needs 4x4 and the most dangerous road you can think of.
Lastly, the staff do not care one bit about their guests, and will leave you stranded on the property unless you again fight for your right to be returned to your car parked at their parking own spot (cannot get to it without a 4x4).
Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else.

Me and my wife spent 3 nights in this wonderful place, first of the all I would like to thank all employees Sinaan you are the Best ♥️, they were super nice and the view of the mountains and the sea was panoramic, If you are near Fethiye and looking for chilling and you love walking and sea activities you are in the right place ♥️♥️

the view is amazing specially at night when the moonlight hits the sea
also there's a walking route to Kabak beach it's about 15-20min it's a bit rough because you're on a mountain but worth the journey
We also met haluk the owner a very nice man gave us a complimentary zaatar and olive oil on breakfast we loved our time there
