Club Prive by Rixos Gocek

This was one of the best hotels and experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel itself is fantastic, with an incredibly clean and well-designed property. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a refined and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The sea was crystal clear, and we loved spending time by the water. The guests were respectful, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. From the boat tour to the beachfront, everything was simply perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room in block 28, fantastic. Mostly lovely staff, Carin was particularly helpful to us in arranging a wheelchair for us to get into town. Pool and beach areas great and waiting staff very good. Staff in People's restaurant in evening not very helpful and we're quite rude, no tip for them !! Our room was kept lovely and clean and the gardens were immaculate. Guests relations guy was again v helpful in sorting out a leak in our bathroom while we got on with our evening. Overall a great holiday.

We stayed in Village 28 which was a very central location for all amenities. We regularly used the shuttle boat to the secret beach which was a lovely location. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the boat there or back. You had the choice of a kebab snack or a meal in the Azur Restaurant where again the food was excellent. Sunbeds were also readily available although not always at the waterfront.
We did the free boat trip twice which was great, we stopped in slightly different locations each time for a swim. There were 3 swim stops each time. It was a very relaxing morning.
The swimming pool was nice and clean. Sunbeds always available no matter what time in the day you went.
People's restaurant was great for both lunch and dinner although you had to book for dinner which was fine. Food was of a very high standard and always beautifully presented. The buffet had a nice variety of food but we preferred having a waiter served meal at night. The variety of drinks was excellent. The breakfast was good but service was slow to get coffees, maybe a self service machine would have been better.
We felt the entertainment at night could have been more varied.
Overall an excellent holiday.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is gorgeous, and the food and drink was of an excellent standard. The level of service is excellent and the facilities and setting of the hotel is wonderful. The beach and bar/restaurant out there was excellent. The evening entertainment was a little hit and miss but it’s probably hard to cater for a variety of nationalities, also the beach did get pretty busy on our last day, but that’s really trying to find faults. The level of service and quality of the food and drinks was exceptional, the cocktails were excellent and made carefully and presented well every time. I’d highly recommend this hotel to others, it’s as close to a perfect hotel that you could imagine.

An idyllic hotel set against the stunning mountain backdrop - very peaceful location, just what we needed coming from a very busy city life. Spent some nights with my partner and the stay was nothing short of amazing!

Staff was the highlight, all polite and very smiley! My favorite part was the Exclusive Sports Club activities - very unique and engaging. I think I can live in their gym! Facilities in general are great so as the food. Truly one of the best Rixos we’ve experienced.

Tip: beach is accessible by 5 minute boat ride, make sure you stop over Azure Restaurant for lunch! The views are breathtaking!

An amazing, elegant hotel which was relaxing and peaceful. The hotel has exceptional facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary boat tour to the Göcek islands. The food was of a high standard and there was lots of variety. The evening entertainment was fun and we also enjoyed watching the Euros displayed on a big screen in the evening.

A bonus of this hotel is the communication via WhatsApp. This made all requests to reception easy and speedy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the future!

The hotel itself is excellent. The location is so handy as it is so close to the airport, it has the beauty of the mountains and the refreshing breeze from the coast. The staff were 10/10 and always there when you needed them, while the food and drink on offer were absolutely delicious. My only complaint would be the poolside. It is stunning and again the service was excellent, but no music is played creating a poor atmosphere. I’m not asking for blaring loud music but just something to give a nice background. It was just dead quiet everyday which isn’t the nicest but I would return to this hotel without a doubt! Amazing week overall!

We could not fault this hotel at all. All the staff were extremely kind and welcoming and I loved the added feature of being able to contact guest relations on WhatsApp if needed. The area in which the hotel is situated is absolutely stunning! The secret beach is lovely and it was nice to see more of the area during our boat trips there and back. One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the food- there is so much choice at the buffet and we really enjoyed eating at People’s restaurant and the restaurant at the secret beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find our ground floor room had two bathrooms and a huge area to sit out. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

We are just back from a weeks' holiday at Rixos. We went for a 'minimoon' and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is lovely with really nice grounds and is in a beautiful setting. The surrounding scenery is amazing. We loved getting the boat every day to the beach. The facilities were great including the gym and the yoga classes every morning were so nice. The food was great. The service was very good - the staff were all so so lovely and helpful. We had spa treatments which were great and the staff at the spa were really lovely too!

The only slight criticism we had is that the music at night was excessively loud. The rock / cover bands playing with really loud base / drums didn't seem fitting to the hotel vibe. It seemed to be the same indistinguishable noise every night. We could hear it loudly in our room despite being in one of the furthest blocks from the music. It didn't go on late but it still wasn't ideal.

The other thing is that the cabanas seemed excessively expensive at 350 euros a day when all of the drinks are already included in the all-inclusive package and the fact that you got table service elsewhere on the beach anyway.

That being said, we had a great time and would definitely return.
