We stayed at your hotel from 20.09.2021 to 27.09.2021. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with extremely sincere interest, care and a smile. In my opinion, this is the most important service provided. It was a great pleasure for us to stay at your hotel during our trip, we really enjoyed it. There is no need to mention Divan quality. Our experience was quite spectacular, We were with our 3 year old daughter the hotel was baby friendly. I want to mention the staff especially Mr Emin from reception who was very helpful and kind during our stay. Hope to come again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Divan Resort in Bodrum, Turkey, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager and her team. The manager, in particular, stood out for her amazing service and attention to detail. She ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The beach bar staff, especially Mehmet, deserve special recognition for their outstanding skills and exceptional service. Despite his young age, Mehmet displayed remarkable professionalism and a genuine passion for his work. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident, and it is clear that he has a bright future ahead in hotel management. I was truly impressed by his attentiveness and friendly demeanor.

The food and drinks at the Divan Resort were simply outstanding. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive, and I enjoyed every meal I had during my stay. I must give a special shout-out to the breakfasts, which were absolutely delicious. The Black Sea breakfast, in particular, was a standout, offering a delightful array of flavors. The cocktails served at the resort were also expertly crafted and refreshing.

One of the things that made my stay truly memorable was the friendliness of the staff. Every member of the team seemed genuinely happy to assist and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Their generosity and kindness were truly heartwarming, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.

The hotel rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable. It was evident that great care was taken in maintaining the rooms, and I had a restful sleep every night. The resort's location was excellent, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic beach club-style deck area. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying the picturesque surroundings, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

I cannot recommend the Divan Resort enough. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I cannot wait to return. This place embodies everything I love about Turkey - incredible food, amazing generosity, and kind-hearted people, all in a truly wonderful location. Excelkent restaurant. Dinner deaside with very interesting menu, tasty food and helpful service. Breakfast of very high standards. Servica in the hitel very good with special mention to the reception.

Meals served at Lokanta restaurant are super tasty. Fresh, local ingredients coupled with some gourmet cooking.

Staff is very friendly, kind and professional. Really high quality service compared to other peer resorts we have been to.
