Reviews
For one - the prices are outrageous. food prices for lunch and dinner are more expensive than anywhere i've ever been - NYC, Miami, etc. Think $85 USD for a burrata salad and $100+ pastas. because it's in a more secluded area of Bodrum, you don't really have other eating options and are stuck. I ended up going hungry during much of my stay because
it was so expensive to eat.
Second, there was loud construction everywhere. Drilling throughout the entire day, scraps of wood and drywall strewn around the stairs and common walking areas. For such an expensive hotel, this was really unacceptable to me.
there were other small things - like their menu in the room said breakfast was at 7 but when we went down, they said it was at 8. Overall, a really really poor experience and I will not be coming back and think no one else should spend the money to go.
Inside the rooms, the comfortable beds and great amenities were highlights, and the luxurious atmosphere was much appreciated. The morning and afternoon room service added a nice touch, and our room was consistently well-kept. However, a significant downside was our room's proximity to the staff area, where smoking habits caused an unpleasant cigarette odor to permeate our room.
The bar had an appealing appearance, but service suffered due to language barriers and inadequate training. Service in the lounge area was almost nonexistent, necessitating direct orders from the bar. This is acceptable in some settings, but at a luxurious resort, one would expect a higher level of service.
Regarding the restaurant, breakfast was decent but lacked variety, serving the same items daily. The new teppanyaki restaurant upstairs was a nice addition, but the food quality was subpar, and portion sizes were excessive. Reducing portions and using higher-quality ingredients would be an improvement.
The spa appeared outdated, and the therapists were somewhat pushy, with prices leaning toward the expensive side. Maintenance issues like chipping paint in the steam room and safety concerns like the wooden spoon on the charcoal raised eyebrows. The indoor pool's temperature was uncomfortably cold for a relaxing experience.
In summary, this hotel offers comfort and breathtaking views, thanks to great management. However, there's room for improvement in the spa and restaurant departments to elevate the overall guest experience.
Courtesy, service, calmness, luxury and a spectacular view.
Stunning staff at the reception, in the spa, on the beach, everyone is there for you.
The special Mrs. Figel is a perfect angel with an amazing smile who just wants to help and let you enjoy every moment and be calm, don't worry just ask her and you will get the best service you never even dreamed of.
thank you for all
