Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, pier, beachfront. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the beach and the hotel is the promenade.

There is nothing good to say about Yasmin Hotel other than the location and view. Staff (even reception manager) speak poor English.
Food is the same, not in good presentation and of very poor quality. Drinks are mostly local. Every bar and restaurant is not cleaned well and the staff there don’t wipe the tables even if you tell them. There is an awful smell around the beach restaurant.
Entertainment shows were very poor and short.
Also we have booked five villas, but they gave us rooms because if overbooking. That is hilarious stupidity!
I can not agree that this is a 5 star Ultra All Inclusive hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We’ve stayed 4 nights in the Yasmin hotel just now (October 2024)and unfortunately lots of things disappointed us.
-There was no air conditioning in the main restaurant, while 30C outside! Of course the same on all cars!
- WiFi was very limited- it was on and off, didn’t work in our room at all! Very poor reception in the whole resort.
- the rooms were not cleaned properly-
Please see photos. There was no toilet paper, had to leave note for the cleaners!
-we were informed to check out before 12, which was fine but the night before we were left a letter in a room- if we don’t check in by 12 we will pay €80 late check in rate automatically, which we found really rude, staying in 5 star hotel, on package holiday! I understand Turkish 5 star is usually not 5 star, but that was not our first time in Turkey and can say it wasn’t great.
- moreover most evening entertainment was in Russian as 80% of guests were Russians. Would appreciate if it’s more English for everyone to understand.

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days with my wife. First of all, this is a hotel that does not deserve the negative comments written here. It is definitely a hotel that deserves its money's worth. Our room was spotless. Cleaning, linen change, etc. were provided whenever we wanted. They tried to sort everything out immediately. The food is delicious and enough to fill your hair. Those who say they are not satisfied are dissatisfied people. Snack bars are good, sometimes there is a queue, but it is very normal considering the hotel density. Drinks are adequate. Most employees work hard to fulfill requests. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. The view is superb. The white basement houses, trees, sea were perfect. It was a holiday where we never had the opportunity to get bored. Every evening there was a nice show and event in the amphitheater, followed by live music every evening, it was very nice and very enjoyable. The best part was the hotel's animation team. There was a team that took into account the wishes of people who were constantly trying to do something. They did everything with fun and entertainment. Thanks to the whole team that I can't even remember.

Positives: location, very clean sea, nature (lots of greens), big territory, big food variety.
Negatives: too much people, issues with cleanliness inside (rooms/cutlery at restaurant), staff (mainly waiters) lacking proper training/education, rooms don’t correspond to 5 stars hotels, air conditioning not always working. Housekeeping outside (public toilets etc) was good.

Rooms are quite old, not having some of the necessary features and also, our room had no windows (only entrance door) so there was pretty much no air circulation and we had to use air conditioning all the time. We could hardly sleep at nights. Aircon wasn’t always working.
Why we wouldn’t come again - the hotel is too crowded with guests. We stayed at this hotel back in 2017 and it was amazing (cleanliness, animation, service). This time we felt uncomfortable due to all the queues, people running around in the restaurant and although there are many waiters - it was not easy to attract their attention and they seem to be always just walking around. Due to large number of guests, there were issues with cleanliness of cutlery - I had to ask to change mine a few times during our holiday.
I’d like to highlight that buggy drivers are top at this place - probably most friendly and professional people at this hotel. Also thanks to Ayşegül who was making Turkish coffee at the lounge bar, Ela lounge bar keepers, Anash from administration who helped us fix some issues with our room. Staff at reception and guest relations were also always ready to help.

Appalled at how bad this hotel was. Toilet didn’t flush, shower had no hot water, the fridge was hot and, the safe didn’t work in the room. It was a challenge to get food every day as people were fighting over long queues and then overfilling plates with food that would go to waste. Had to be up really early to get a sun lounger and then towels would be moved by guests if we left the beds for more than an hour. Can’t leave the hotel as there is nothing nearby and it is physically impossible to walk, the closest town is a 20minute drive away. Other guests are the rudest people I have ever come across, always pushing and grabbing with no manners. There is only one bar open and the queue is so long. The bartenders are rude and roll their eyes when you ask for cocktails. The men who ran the transfers were the only good thing about this resort, they were so kind and helpful. Do not book this hotel it is a waste of money.

My recent stay at Yasmin Bodrum Resort was the most underwhelming expierience I have ever had, especially considering the 5 star title and the money going into the stay. While the location and building itself is beautiful, everything else was absolutely dissapointing.
The food was absolutely disgusting. There was barely any variety, same food everyday, and what little they had was of horrible quality. Getting meals were also chaotic, the lines were long and guests were literally arguing over places in line. Every meal related aspect of this place made me forget I was at a high-end resort.
Service was also unbelievable. The golf carts, meant to transport guests around the vast resort, were consistently late and sometimes never even showed up. We were left with walking long distances in the heat as our only option. The staff seemed to completely take pleasure in ignoring simple requests.
I don't want to get started on the sunbeds. The resort clearly doesn't have enough for all its guests, which lead to daily arguing over who wanted It was a constant battle just to find a place to relax.

If you don’t want to waste your money, stay away from this place, it is a very poorly managed hotel, people were fighting over the food and sun beds ,same food every day with long lines, alcohol quality was terrible,you had to get in a huge line just for a gozleme with 2/3hours waiting period, I give 3stars just because of the beach and location ! l!go spend your money somewhere else! We had to eat from outside every single day throughout our 6night stay! It was a constant battle not a relaxing experience

I thought location was great, good gym equipment & very quiet gym which i liked.
The boat trip for €30 per person is very worth it which is sold to you by a man named Cüneyt who is a very welcoming and friendly person. Overall, it is worth it when i went start of June but might be too busy for me if i went in July/August time. Hope this was helpful for the reader.

Generally, we love this hotel. I think, July is the better season for vacation to us in Bodrum. Sea is amazing and clear. It has a blue flag, also. We enjoyed thanks to Entertainment Team. And specially for the most funniest person (Kara Murat )So, thank you for that guys. They're really love their job and have smiling face, sincerely. We joined their daily activities (dart, yoga, water gym water polo etc.) Besides, we enjoy every night in the live music and the DJ .

Average hotel. Rooms are not cleaned everyday, personal looks unsatisfied. Food is good but same all the time. Pools are big, had a good time at the activity pool. Entertainment team is amazing, especially Tina 🙂
