The hotel has 228 rooms.
Consists of one main 6-storey main building (Main building) and four 4-storey buildings (Annex) (all rooms with sea view).
Beach: own sand-pebble beach, the platform, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 250 m.
On the hotel territory: 3 restaurants (2 a'la carte), 3 bar, 3 meeting rooms (40, 340 persons) request, 3 pools (1 indoor, 2 outdoor) , 2 water slides, 1 tennis court (hard court) beauty center , SPA center, medical services, Laundry, elevators, safe Deposit box at reception (complimentary), Internet cafe (charge), wireless Internet in lobby (extra charge)

The staff were excellent, any request was accommodated in a timely manner. A little far from city centre, but lots of cabs are available. Definitely worth the time and effort. Family friendly! Lots of fun events for everyone to enjoy

Renovated Rooms are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time and effort to get us the room that matched our needs.
Jenan and his colleagues went out of their way to attend to our requests.
1. The hotel is very old. Its architecture is old fashioned and communistic style
2. The food is basic. The variety of food is limited.
3. The cleaning standard is not at the required level. The rooms, the common areas of visitors, the food corners
4. Mosquitos, moles in the room
5. The drink service is not for 5 star hotel. They pour it in plastic cups.
6. I paid for double deluxe room sea view and the hotel gave me a quadruple room in the basement which hardly has a sea view.
I do not recommend at all this hotel for someone that thinks is coming to a 5 star hotel. I have been in Bodrum other hotels which had 5 star and they were totally different.
Would not go there once again even if it was for free.
Staff is very unprofessional. Even if you would go to the hotel manager you would experience the same and even worse attitude.
You would expect more problem solving customer relations as a customer but this termination is not even known. Unfortunately it was the worst experience that we could have from a 5stars hotel.
Would recommend to stay at another hotel.
The rooms have a strange and strong smell.
Other than that, great food, beautiful view and the sea is just amazing.
