As it is out of season, the hotel quite empty and this meant the staff were even more fun and attentive!

While the rooms are immaculate and the location is very ideal everything else at this hotel is downhill.

Breakfast buffet offers very little choice and lacks in quality. Items are not labeled and lack in flavor. The head cheff is very annoying and closely hovers over people at the breakfast buffet creating a very uncomfortable environment. The servers are rude and unprofessional.

My chicken wrap came with a fairly large stretch film inside, as I showed it to the waiter he seemed surprised and took it away without an apology or an explanation. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked what it was and why it had happened, only than I received an explanation. He offered to not charge for the wrap and reluctantly did not charge for my water.

I also encountered a server picking at a side of fries as he took it to a guest. I explained to the head chef what I had just witnessed, he seemed puzzled but it did not look like he was going to take the problem seriously. The condiment bottles are not refrigerated and are left on the dock all day... did not bother complaining as I became convinced the staff were far from understanding the risk of food poisoning.

Food and service over all is way below average, definitely not worth the prices. There are some serious hygiene problems regarding the kitchen services.

Really nice foods, elegant but also cosy chill places and wonderful sea.
