Avoid this hotel.. Very poor customer service. Rude manager & incompetent reception staff.
Could not organise our group booking even after clear instructions prior to the group visiting.
Sauna / Steem room & Fitness center is permenantly closed along with the outdoor swimming pool.
Nothing in this hotel seems to work.

While the location is good and the staff to some level are nice ,except for the night front desk girl, the bed was unbelievably hard , coming to breakfast, you would think that for that price you would at least get a nice variety on breakfast, but it was just bad , we had better breakfasts on 2 stars hotels , so in general it's not worth it , won't be back

Many negative observations, this hotel's listed as safe after the earthquake doesn't justify the poor quality service.
The hotel doesn't have a first aid kit. Considering how far it is located from the city centre, this is absolutely a shame for a hotel that is charging more than 4,000 TL per night as of October 2023.
The kitchen has absolutely no idea about vegetarian food and respect for those choose not to eat meat. They served caramelized peppers and onion once and a side dish (having corn, peas and carrots) the other as a main course.
The room is far from cozy, it resembles a motel. There are a lot of flies around.
The taxi company they are using don't even bother to use taximeter when having visitors from the hotel.
The hotel overall makes people remember the film called The Shining.

Air condition is not working,its hot like hell in room,no technical service and they offer me to wait and bellboy may come and check airconditions .what a professional way to manage hotel.after a long business trip this is not acceptable situation
