Location: 65 km from Antalya airport, 8 km from Kemer, in Chamyuva village, 300 metres from its private beach.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
Total area: 3038 m2.
The hotel has 98 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line, 300 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The length of the beach 150 m.
Food. All InclusiveAll inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, afternoon snack, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00 - 23.00).
All imported drinks, all drinks at the beach bar, room service, drinks and food after 23.00 hours - for a fee.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 2 bars, 1 meeting room (100 persons), 1 outdoor pool, 1 waterslide, physician services, Laundry, elevators, email service, Internet cafe (charge), wireless Internet in lobby (extra charge)

i want to be honest as all my rates have been
first of all, any hotels that tell you it's all inclusive and make you pay for the 1)Internet connection. (and you pay 1$ for a day per person , and it's not a good quality connection at all).
2) Not all the drinks in the bar
3)the bar closes after 10 pm.
4)the fridge (mine bar)is empty in the rooms.
why the water is outside near the pool like i need to walk and get downstairs to get water
the lobby receptionist was nice and helpful all the time, especially the two girls
and thanks for the housekeeper the room was clean always 👌

The receptionists are very polite and nice, the rest of the staff are not, the restaurant's manager is rude and doesn't know how to treat guests, the entertainment staff are very sketchy and will keep on trying to sell you overpriced activities outside the hotel, only the receptionists knew English.
We were asked to pay for WIFI that did not work properly a single day, I would recommend getting a sim card outside.
Food is okay, pool is alright and the beach is good, I would avoid the entertainment team.
There are tourists offices nearby that can give you good offers.
I would give it 3 or 4 stars but because of the rudeness of the restaurant's manager I would rate it 2.

When we first entered the lobby it was very uncomfortable and hot! Then we began our way to the room and the hallways were very hot as well. When we got into our room we were shocked as the room was extremely hot as well! On their website it said that one of their top amenities were “Air conditioning”. The AC was weak and didn’t cool the room at all! We asked the front desk for help and they gave us two fans. Also the WiFi is charged?? I thought this was all inclusive! The room didn’t have an iron and the safe costed $1 every day. We couldn’t keep any drinks cold because the fridge didn’t work. This hotel claims to be 4 stars? I was not satisfied!

I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, especially Ceren at the reception; she is very kind and speaks good English. The food is excellent with lots of variety. The service is great, and the rooms are well cleaned.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options every day. Our rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless. The staff at the reception were very kind, with perfect English, we want to say big thanks to young receptions again for everything! :) The waiters were incredibly nice, adding to our positive experience. The entertainment provided was a highlight, featuring daily animation activities that were a lot of fun for everyone. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our vacation here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and an enjoyable stay.

dont waste your money here that aint a 4 star hotel thats a 0 the food is disgusting aint edible ic cream time is only 30min the employee steals ur card so youll have to buy another one for 25$ u pay for internet and it doesnt even go up customer service is 0 they only give one keycard no matter how many people there is in the room they claim to change the bed sheets every 3 days which is a lie . they dont clean ur room everyday claims to be all inclusive but after a certain amout of time it becomes with money all the employees are rude when ur putting food always getting dirty looks for something we payed for.the rooms are so small and the bathroom comes with shampoo that smells like persil every lil thing you do you have to pay extra charge bunch of scammers

The spa manager, Mr. Emin was very helpful and kind. The restaurant manager was very kind and helpful as well. But all other aspects were very disappointing: front desk staff were very rude and not helpful. The room was very dirty, and the shower was not working, cats all over the place and sitting on couches in the lobby. In general, it is a major letdown and does not deserve the 4 stars given to the hotel.

Istanbul Beach Hotel left much to be desired during my stay. The dining experience was below average, and the management seemed completely disorganized. Charging 10 euros for a week of WiFi felt outrageously excessive, and their tendency to nickel-and-dime for everything was frustrating. The meal times were quite restrictive, and to make matters worse, the drinking glasses were consistently unclean and had an unpleasant odor. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
