Consists of one 5-storey Main Building, three 3-storey Residence blok and seventy-four Villas.
Beach: private beach (200 meters private sandy Cove, 200 m private pebbly Bay, 400 m pebble beach 30 m, sandy beach for children), the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 800 m.

Ultra all inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, various snacks, sweets and ice cream during certain hours, fresh orange juice for Breakfast diet and vegetarian cuisine, services A'la Carte restaurants (1 bottle of table wine from the hotel), some imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Bottled drinks and imported drinks are not included in the concept, drinks in bottles and Deluxe category - for a fee.

- Hotel doesn’t take Credit Cards from USA. They take credit card only with pin code. American credit cards don’t have pin codes. I’m in Istanbul now and I don’t have problems with my credit cards acceptance neither in hotel nor shops
