They do not lift the bollards in the parking area in front of the hotel even though they see you coming. After getting off and lifting them all one by one, they try to take the payment immediately without even giving you a chance to put down your suitcases. They chase after the money for the coffee you drank as if you were running away and approach you with a ridiculous attitude. We rented two rooms and they made fun of us even though we told them that the TV was broken in both of them. They gave me the remote control and left as if they were passing by, and when you told me again, they tried to turn it into a fight with the neighborhood women. The woman who will be the owner of the hotel! So if you go back and drop to the same level, the situation is dire! Customer service, satisfaction is never there, water flows very little, when you tell them about the problem they are never solution oriented, they make the job ugly and try to suppress you. May God give patience to their employees, I think stingy people should not be in the service sector. In short, if you want to be disgraced with your money, go ahead.

As someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, boutique hotels and hostels for both holiday and business travel, our first visit to the hotel was a complete fiasco, being asked to pay immediately while we had our luggage in our hands, then we drank coffee at the cafe and was told that credit cards were not accepted. When I questioned why there was a posing device inside, the hotel did not accept it. The woman who owned it looked at me sourly, replied that we do not accept small amounts with cards, there was humidity in the room, and the water in the bathroom was dripping. Leaking, all the plates, pans and pots in the place they call the kitchen are rusted, even though we said that the TV was broken, they said they would come and look at it and they did not come, so when we went back and asked, they were answered that it was not working, zero customer satisfaction, zero tradesmanship, zero humanity, waste your money, think about it before it's gone.

We stayed for 1 night last year. For this reason, we could not make an evaluation. We stayed for 2 nights this year and experienced a complete disgrace. We asked for room cleaning after the first day of our stay, they said cleaning was done every 3 days🙄 there is no soap in the room, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned. It is an accommodation facility that has no good features other than its location. The location of many businesses in the region was good anyway. I definitely do not recommend it to those who want to stay more than 1 night.

Now I'm starting from the beginning. While we were waiting for our room, we had 2,000 TL left to pay except the deposit. When we wanted to pay by card, they said of course, then we were told that the POS device does not have paper, and when we said let's pay tomorrow, we were told that we do not work with POS, cash or Iban. This was an extreme inconvenience and nonsense. It should have been said on the phone, it was a fait accompli. Even though we said we had a small baby when we came here, instead of going out to the room at 13.00, they took us to the room at 14.48. We were literally kept waiting for how many hours just saying "5 minutes later". The cleaners were sick, 1 of them was on leave, and 1 person was cleaning, but what a banana? The mosquito nets of the room were torn, the bed linens were washed, but it smelled of cigarette smoke, an odor mixed with softener. The tap water was flowing very thinly and we had great difficulty. The location was 50-60 meters from the sea, only this side was good. It was a place we would never come to when we come to Kerpe again. I think you shouldn't go. Thank you.
