Panorama Plaza

As soon as I walked into the hotel, the workers welcomed us with big smiles, the receptionists made us feel very welcomed and I had no problem with this, the location was in a great place.There was no elevator but receptionists took our luggages upstairs to our room. I was told on the phone I was going to have a great view of the lake but when they took me upstairs to my room it was a view of the swimming pool and could barley see the lake. When I walked into my room there was crumbs all over the floor and stains all over the beds. We asked the receptionists about this and said it probably fell on the floor which I found weird because they should put clean sheets on. We asked about breakfast and they said that there would be both hot and cold breakfast served when we went to breakfast the next morning it was awful there was no hot items there was only tea and coffee, the cheese had been on display for so long that it was hard and started to turn orange, we was disgusted, salami was also dried and lots of flies, there was only a limited amount of breakfast and i would’ve been happy going out and eating as they charged money for breakfast not even a dog would eat. and utensils weren’t cleaned properly, they told us for lunch it would be extra 400tl for each person per day and for dinner 400tl for each person per day too but when I saw breakfast I did not have any hope for lunch or dinner to be any different so I didn’t pay extra. As we were leaving to go out and explore Koycegiz we put the sign on our door for our room to be cleaned. We come back to the sheets still being dirty and carpet on the floor was dirty too. We brought our own drinks into the fridge and left it right before the cleaner came and our drinks weren’t there no more and we were worried some of our important things were missing too so we warned the receptionist and a couple minutes later the receptionists came with the cleaner and we asked our cleaner if anything else was taken and she said she emptied the fridge because she saw us leaving with our luggages which I couldn’t believe because all of our personal belongings were stored in the wardrobe after this I didn’t feel comfortable of leaving anything in my hotel room as I was scared of anything going missing so what I done was I opened the wardrobe and showed the receptionist and cleaner now everything was stored there and the cleaner said she had no time for this and stormed off. Her not even checking the wardrobe even if we did leave makes us think she doesn’t do her job properly she was very rude.

Overall I don’t recommend this hotel not anything you’d expect from google photos.
