Great place to stay in Mustafakemalpasha! The hotel staff were so accommodating to our large group. They ensured we had everything we needed and any request was accommodated in a timely manner. The rooms were very clean and there is also air conditioning. The breakfast at the hotel was also wonderful. Could not be happier with our stay at Hande!

We would like to thank Ms. Cansu at the reception, who was very polite and attentive. As for the rooms, smoking is allowed in the rooms, small children and those who are sensitive to smoke and smell should be careful. We had to open the windows in the morning and come to stay in the evening, by then it had had enough air. The air conditioner filters are not cleaned and when you open them, a very bad smell spreads into the environment. This is an important issue for families with children. The inside of the sockets are unscrewed and come out. Our child was saved from electric shock at the last minute. Hotel rooms are old but neglected. The employees are caring and very good. Especially SISTER GULIZAR. I would stay at that hotel again just for that reason. He was very friendly, well-intentioned, he made scrambled eggs for our little one, thank you very much, it was very nice. She is really sincere and caring. If that hotel is nice, the reason is Gülizar Sister. Normally, I give the hotel 1 star, but I give it 3 because Ms. Cansu and sister Gülizar hosted us very well. I am also attaching a video of the socket and the tractor sound of the air conditioner while it is operating. Even if the air conditioner is clean, it is impossible to sleep with that sound due to its mechanical failure. If you are reading this as the owner of the hotel it definitely needs a major overhaul.

Even though it was by the stream and I slept with the window open, there were no mosquitoes. It was very good that the bathroom had a shower system and hot water coming immediately. There was a large comfortable sofa in the room. The refrigerator cooled my drinks very well. The view was amazing. I would like to thank the ladies who cleaned the rooms, the friends at the reception, the lady who served the breakfast, everyone.🥰 And it was great to have cologne and cologne wipes everywhere..🧿

We stayed at Hande for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location - close to shops/food spots and not too far from Mustafakemalpasa bus station. The staff were super friendly and helped us lots during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The building of the hotel is old but renovated. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is quite adequate compared to the hotels in the city.. Prefer rooms with river view.

When it rained unbelievably on the way from Izmir, I called the Hande hotel so as not to have an accident, they said they don't take dogs, so I said, 'I need to stay alone in a safe hotel. They said we can't buy dogs even though I said 'I will stay one night and leave in the morning'. What conscience would not take a single woman, who is likely to have an accident, to her hotel because she cannot host a dog for one night! What kind of pet hostility is this! If you like some animals, I hope you don't choose this place.
