The price is expensive, climate does not work, the shower is broken 😠, just breakfast was fine.

Very clean and nice hotel with very friendly staffs and reception thank u for Rdwan Bey ,also affordable price I really recommend this hotel moreover diverse delicious breakfast included really its worth to b 5 stars hotel and there is good large area for car parking in front of the hotel and all rooms are air-conditioned

In terms of service and overall quality, this was unexpectedly the best hotel I've stayed at in Turkey. It's a family run place and has only been open 3 years. The rooms have been kept up really well and despite not speaking much English the staff is incredibly friendly and does everything they can to help and provide excellent service. The morning I left, the owner drove me personally to my friend's office instead of putting me on a mini bus. This will be my go to hotel any time I come back to Nusaybin.

Lovely service was really surprised by how lovely everything was from the staff to the breakfast to the hotel rooms, it was all spectacular. I would definitely recommend it

Very good service.. and the staff is more than wonderful.. I stayed here twice a day with the family and I was very pleased with their reception, the rooms are very clean, even the three stars are few for it
Therefore, my advice to all the guests, especially the Iraqis, is to try this hotel when passing through this area for the purpose of rest

The food at the restaurant is amazing! The room and the entire hotel is beautiful. Very nice employees. We are very happy we picked this hotel. Located in a perfect location

Very good for the price amazing value, though it lacks variety in breakfast, it does well compared to the similarly priced Hotels.

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again. Just the breakfast was poor.
