Location: 57 km from Dalaman airport, 13 km from the town of Fethiye, the ölüdeniz.
Consists of three 3-storey buildings.
Total area: 4 000 m2.
The hotel has 60 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 200 meters from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

We’ve had two lovely weeks at Perdikia Beach Hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful location near to all the main attractions but faraway enough to get a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool is lovely and the open air bar with pool table is very close to the pool. Our family room was on the ground floor and looked out onto the pool. There were two rooms one with twin beds and the other with double bed with door on to an outdoor seated area. The shower was great. Wide selection at breakfast. The cleaners did an amazing job of keeping our room lovely during our stay. Reception staff were very helpful.

Pluses: not noisy, food is fine
Minuses: very old room, maybe some rooms are renovated but definitely not mine, staff is not friendly or even nice, I wouldn’t say it’s dirty but at least not clean.

That was our second stay at Perdikia beach, and we really had a good time there. It's a small, family-friendly hotel, with welcoming staff, all the comfort needed even if basic (for the price, it's more than acceptable !!), really tasty food (better than last year, congrats) and a huge swimming pool with warm wammer. There's a playground for children, and the beach is just 5 minutes away on foot. We definitely recommend this place and would come back with pleasure.

The room was large and comfortable. On the top floor there was limited headroom, so if you were over 5 9 you might struggle in the bathroom space. There was no view with the only window being the patio doors into the room. The outlook was onto the deck access with a slight overhang which made the space quite dark. The sitting out space was behind the deck access again there were no views or sun in this space. The WiFi was non existent and I personally wouldn't recommend half board or breakfast options, which I chose but on viewing opted against and the times I was given were changed at short notice. I stayed here for 2 days and I would say it makes a good short stay base, due to its location close to amenities in Oludeniz, which would have been better if the WiFi worked.

Fantastic hotel. Set in a quiet location yet only a short walk into the main strip of Olu Deniz and the beach. Perfect...staff friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Lovely settings of the mountains. Swimming pool is to high standard and plus entertainment twice a week which was excellent. We loved it that much we have booked for summer 2024. We have become extremely good friends with the staff at Perdika. You made our holiday unforgettable. Great memories. Hope we can have room 410 again thank you

The best thing about the hotel is the location great spot not to far from shops bars restaurants and the beach .The pool to be fair ŵas clean and warm . But the hotel needs updating, rooms small drawer handles not screwed in or in some cases missing. Towels looking old and shabby. Breakfast ,well if your English forget it .

convenient location, away from the noise and close to the sea. There is also a minimarket a hundred meters away. the hotel itself is compact but cute. I really liked the staff at the reception and cleaning, very friendly girls work there. Men work in catering, on the contrary, they are unfriendly and gloomy. The feeling that they are being forced to work. The food is monotonous, but of high quality. For dinner, all drinks are only for an additional fee. In general, if you are not constantly at the hotel all day, then it is acceptable
