Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with fantastic staff.
Buffet for all main meals, with plenty of decent food to choose from, although could be repetitive if staying longer than a week.
Gorgeous pool, where music is on from 10am to 4pm, going up a level from 11am-3pm, when the brilliant entertainment team offer things such as water volleyball and darts (poolside). The only quiet time around the pool is first thing, and from 4pm-7pm (and Sundays all day).
If you can't find available sunbeds, the hotel staff will find some for you, there are plenty to go round.

A lovely week here , staff very friendly food is good, choice and looks also a great selection of sweets. Entertainment on every night except Sunday but Karaoke on a Saturday night is not for me but not a deal breaker. Would come back here again.

Excellent in all aspects if I was to be extremely picky my only fault would be the hard beds but that is such a minor fault considering the amount of guests that stay there. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make your stay memorable. The entertainment team are outstanding with a good mix of cheeky and funny without being offensive. The food was faultless even my picky partner found something to eat at every meal time with a huge selection of salads, main courses, and deserts that nobody could ever try them all the fruit could of been a bigger selection but I put that to getting near the end of season but there is plenty of watermelon which is now my favourite. The rooms were kept clean by a great team of cleaners that you would never even thought worked there. To top off the staff is the manager who was there to greet you at every meal and always walked around making sure the hotel ran like clockwork and at the same time had all the time in the world to sit and talk to the guests about anything they needed to know and he is a credit to the Yel hotel.

Loved it, the room was great but the balcony wasn’t good at all. It was on the top floor so we had a large wall and a fence. (You couldn’t see over the wall at all). For the few days I’ve been here, I’ve never had anything at dinner or lunch seen as how much people are there and how little food variety there is.

Location is okay, quite distanced from stuff but there is a massive hill to go down and up from main reception.

Really beautiful at night but only downside is how loud the music is.. I had a banging headache in the morning

A nice hotel , a bit away from the town but bus outside.

Rooms cleaned every day, pool cleaned every night .
Excellent cleaning staff.

Service was very good , always there to serve you , one problem was food was bland and repetitive no change little things like chips every day, a choice of potatoes would of been nice.

Really nice place but need to open there minds to different food choices . More fruit and cereals

Yel hotel has been an amazing experience. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and happy. Entertainment throughout the week was amazing, the staff really got to know you and it made it feel so homely. The bar and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, Ishmael and Abu were absolutely incredible. They helped with anything we needed at any time. I cannot wait to go back there already.

Gizmo and Gadget were first class entertainers, made the holiday go with a swing.Dining room offered a good variation of food and the outdoor snacks also like the dining room gave excellent well prepared tasty food.Nice clean friendly hotel but rooms could do with updating.Rooms kept nice and clean by the jolly friendly cleaning ladies.This was our third visit and undoubtdly will not be our last.
ps The evening entertainment was varied to a good standard.

This is my second time being here.
I love this place and atmosphere.
If management reads my review so please work on the WiFi connection because it's weak at times. Other than that, all fantastic 👏 👌 👍

What a lovely time we had the reception staff were so helpful and spoke very good English the rooms are very clean maid came in every day changed the towels everyday too the pool was very clean entertainment guys were great so so funny the young lads behind the bar were amazing food choice could be better but always found something to eat the only thing we can have a moan about is that when we arrived at 11pm there was no food or drink for us till the morning !the bar below the hotel is just great made us so welcome highly recommend going down to have a drink with them 🍻

Apo's service was really good and the only thing we were satisfied with at the hotel was that the staff was fun and the cocktails were really delicious. We liked this customer service and we are thinking of coming again , very soon !
