A cosy family hotel, situated away from the sea. The hotel offers its guests a beautiful green area-garden, large pool, beautiful, bright rooms with panoramic mountain views. A great place for families with children.

We are currently staying in this Hotel, the rooms are basic but clean, so can not fault them. The majority of staff are not friendly and not particularly helpful. This Hotel is described as a family run small hotel, this is not the case, it's quite large, and the amenities can not cope , the pool is not big enough to accommodate the amount of people, and if you want a sunbed you had better be prepared to be up at 6.30 at the latest. To get your food you have to walk around a very small island, this again does not work as it's to small to accommodate the surge of people who want their food. On the reviews it says how amazing Gizmo and Gadget are (the entertainment team )........don't know what to say really, the entertainment is very poor, and VERY repetitive. Fully inclusive, ice creams are available at 8pm....What's that all about ??? We knew this Hotel was out of the main places, but we're told you can walk to Hisaranou, you can't. I have NEVER been to a hotel in all my years where sunbed wars is actually shocking. One more positive is the breakfast chef who does the pancakes is lovely. My advice to anyone looking at coming to this Hotel is don't or come in low season.

The positives:
-Rooms are clean and air con is free.
-Pancake man is very friendly and cooks fantastic pancakes each morning.
Cleaning Staff are friendly.
The negatives:
-Not the small family run hotel I was expecting. All the facilities are overwhelmed
Especially in peak season. The pool is like the scene from Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
-Up at 5:30AM trying to get a subbed and when you do get one you are sandwiched in a spot like sardines on a tin with barely leg room to stand. The pool is not big enough for the amount of guests and neither is there is the amount of land/space for loungers. Don’t expect a lie-in if you want a sun bed.
-The food is satisfactory but the buffet bar/area is too small to cope with guests when at maximum capacity.
-Entertainment is repetitive. After reading previous reviews I was expecting big things from Gadget, Gizmo and spare part but feel they have their favourite guests and made little effort if you weren’t boozing or paid for overpriced bingo tickets.
-The location isn’t great and isn’t in walking distance to anything with a main road directly outside.
- Ice cream served from 8pm-9pm at night
WTH….. I’d get it if it was 2-4 during the day but evening is just ridiculous.
-If your room is near reception you can expect noise and disruption up to 12pm as people are noisy waiting for transfers and watching football and kids hang out fighting, swearing and smoking.
-I love cats but when you’re in the dining room and they spray urine all over your brand new dress….it isn’t great. Staff aren’t very helpful either in ushering them out of the restaurant. Be wary!

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Great value for money. Food was fine - not all of it to my taste but it was nice to try something new! All inclusive drinks are basic but we were happy. Only "annoying" thing was that all the power in the room goes off when you aren't in the room. So it made charging things like powerbanks tricky. Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Turkey and they certainly made it an amazing holiday. The hotel was very clean, with the housekeeping staff on the ball at all times of the day. The food was perfect lots of choices and a outside chef who made awesome omelettes and pancakes for breakfast and was also there for snack times cooking fresh what you wanted rather than it just laid out to help yourself. The entertainment team were second to none. Thank you to Gizmo and Gadget and the girls, we never stopped laughing. They don't just organise the activities they join in the fun, not complaining when they get dunked or soaked at water aerobics or volleyball. They made a point of getting to know everyone and knew your name and what you joined in with. The evening entertainment was also amazing, we had shows that belonged in a 4* plus hotel and events with the team. The seats were always full because of them. We are hopefully going back in October to meet up with the fantastic crowd that we met there. Can't wait. If you are looking for a great hotel, give this one a look.

Great little hotel for the cost. Staff are genuinely brilliant and hard working.
The food is good and there is plenty of variety. The hotel and pool are very pretty and it is well situated for good walks although a little way from the town centre.
My only issue was with the sunbeds. There are enough but the sign says any towels put out before 7am will be removed but this is not enforced and some people are very selfish, reserving beds in prime spots that are hardly used.
Overall though a great stay.

Visited at the end of the season so the place is tired and badly in need of maintenance, that said as virtually everyone states the place is spotless and the staff are amazing. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating although the entertainment staff could do with being thrown in the pool more often they do a great job. The buffet style meals are nothing special, they're also very good and varied with some amazing deserts. I have a spectacularly fussy daughter who always found something to enjoy. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing 12 days at Yel and found plenty to do locally from the beach to general days out sightseeing and shopping.

A beautiful location amidst stunning mountains, the view from the bedroom balcony morning and eve is mesmerising. The service is 10/10 throughout the hotel. Very pleasant staff and management.
The only downside for us was the lack of Turkish cuisine and vegetarian options. And more variety of cocktails/mocktails needed at the bar.

Buffet for all main meals, with plenty of decent food to choose from, although could be repetitive if staying longer than a week.
Gorgeous pool, where music is on from 10am to 4pm, going up a level from 11am-3pm, when the brilliant entertainment team offer things such as water volleyball and darts (poolside). The only quiet time around the pool is first thing, and from 4pm-7pm (and Sundays all day).
If you can't find available sunbeds, the hotel staff will find some for you, there are plenty to go round.

A lovely week here , staff very friendly food is good, choice and looks also a great selection of sweets. Entertainment on every night except Sunday but Karaoke on a Saturday night is not for me but not a deal breaker. Would come back here again.

Excellent in all aspects if I was to be extremely picky my only fault would be the hard beds but that is such a minor fault considering the amount of guests that stay there. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make your stay memorable. The entertainment team are outstanding with a good mix of cheeky and funny without being offensive. The food was faultless even my picky partner found something to eat at every meal time with a huge selection of salads, main courses, and deserts that nobody could ever try them all the fruit could of been a bigger selection but I put that to getting near the end of season but there is plenty of watermelon which is now my favourite. The rooms were kept clean by a great team of cleaners that you would never even thought worked there. To top off the staff is the manager who was there to greet you at every meal and always walked around making sure the hotel ran like clockwork and at the same time had all the time in the world to sit and talk to the guests about anything they needed to know and he is a credit to the Yel hotel.
