Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 125 m.
The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive" (10:00 - 23:00). Breakfast (07:00 - 10:00), brunch (10:00 – 10:30), lunch (12:30 - 14:00) and dinner (19:00 - 21:00) – buffet. When arrived i was surprised by the venue of the hotel its beautiful they have dedicated a great effort for the garden, plants and roses.
Its family friendly i have two kids. the hotel have a dedicated kids swimming pool. a nother with slides and 3rd pool for adults.
Life guards were amazing we did not have to worry about the kids in the pool.
Not to mention there is a doctor available for any emergency on site.
The beach belongs to the hotel water, sand is super clean and fresh.
Beach bar with amazing bartender for both alcohol and non alcohol options. Its all inclusive so order as you wish.
Pool bar was also wonderful with the same quality of service.
The food was great quality and variety.
Amazing shows at the end of the day an hour for the kids followed by live show music or art performance.
The hotel is super kids friendly.
Staff are wonderful they smile and greet every time they see us and offer help when needed as needed.
Finally Ortakent is a wonderful place to be in bodrum the beach walk is full of restaurants bars and shops evening walk could not get better with great view on the bay.
Nearby 3 minutes walk to a bus and taxi terminal.
5 minutes walk to Carrefour and Migros.
Special parking area for the resort.
Note : you need to have a mosquito spray or electricity device to spend the night peacefully.
An unpleasant smell of sewage can be felt from the courtyard of the hotel.
The capacity of loungers and the capacity of the restaurant is much more smaller compared to the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate.
Cutlery, dishes are always dirty and often missing at the table so you have to chase waiters and explain by pantomime because no one speaks English.
Discrimination is present at every step.Rules that do not apply to Turkish citizens apply to all other guests.
The sea is extremely cold.
Bad wifi is charged extra.
Hotel stuff steal beach towels from other guests which are placed on the sunbed. On this way stuff again charges you for the service of giving new beach towel.
The rooms are a special story.You don't have drinking glasses in your room or clean towels sometimes or soap, shower gel,shampoo.
Very negative experience.I hope that I will manage to save someone and I wish you all wonderful time but somewhere else.
