You have the worst reception staff ever
I waited a full hour just to reserve a room
Also, an additional amount was taken unlawfully
Bad treatment by reception staff
I hope that the hotel owner will consider rehabilitating or replacing the reception staff, because they are the face of this beautiful hotel and must deal courteously with customers.

Unfriendly staff. Receptionist couldn't speak English. I would expect that an international hotel brand like Hilton could assist international travellers who normally interact in English.
Asked a coffee at the lobby I had to wait 40 min

At Hotel collected payments again even payments are paid through online booking and promised to return the over/extra collected payment within 15 days, now its almost 2 months, we fed-up calling every day for return of money,, they always escape by saying "its under process, finance guys are not on table, etc.," even after promise given by Hilton Guest care/customer care.. No any effective action or progress found.. So, we are writing our review here. We finally taking our available other way to get our money.. Its a pain and mental stress........ this type of corporates don't care for customers troubles.......

There is Wi-Fi, but it is unbearably slow, impossible to use, absolutely.
There is no way to pay with a card at the reception. Starbucks coffee is not made using technology. There may be no bedside table, ottoman, towels in the room, you need to call and ask, there is no toothpaste, brushes. The TV is old, the HDMI outputs are not working. We were very sorry that we came here for 4 whole days.
