This is not for 5 star hotel maybe for 2.
Room is big but everything is old and need to replace it.
Bathroom is also in bed condition.
Toalet and Toalet seat are in bed condition and Toalet brush also.
Lights in the coridor in front of the rooms almoust dont work so you can not easy find your room number.
Breakfest is very poor. One morning they dudnt have butter any more.
Staff doesnt speak english and they are like they dont want to work.
Ouside swiminng pools looks nice exept that one for babies.
Big hotel but in very bad condition.
So only positiv was bed.
Everything else was very very bad.

Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been. If it had one star, it would have been OK, but they are showing five stars!

From the amenities, the steam room is not working, the pool is cold and full of chlorine.

The restaurant: they serve beverages in paper cups! The food is plentiful but is absolutely not edible.

The rooms are relatively clean, but urgently need serious maintenance.

The staff is friendly, but this does not change the overall impression of a horror house.

Dirty rooms, terrible food and bad smells everywhere. There is also no hot water and the staff does not understand other languages rather than turkish. Hotel from horror movie!

We had a holiday for 10 night here but we left this hotel after 5 because we had ENTEROCOLITIS after eating at their restaurant.
Worst hotel we have ever been at. No 5 stars, maximum 1-2.
The cutlery was very dirty from the beginning.
The restaurant was also very dirty with a lot of food/water/juice/dust on the ground. It was almost infection, you can’t eat there.
The same old food from days before was repeatedly used at the buffet. So you eat the same food for days until they finish it. This is the reason we had enterocolitis there.
The kitchen looks horrible, employers handling food with their empty hands, no gloves, zero hygiene standards in this place.
The outside pool was very dirty on the bottom, a lot of human hair, dust, ceramics broken also which can cut your feet instantly. They never cleaned the pool in 6 days.
The SPA has a horrible smell inside, you couldn’t stay there for more than few minutes.
The inside pool water was green, water never cleaned/treated. We saw kids vomiting in the pool, announced the SPA responsible but nobody cares about that.
The inside jacuzzi has the worse smell I have ever felt in an SPA centre. It’s embarrassing to name this a SPA centre.
Nobody can speak English there, they barely use Google translate to respond to your questions.
Arrogant reception team, no one’s cares about you and your opinion.
We still wait four our money back but they don’t trust us that we left the hotel in the middle of our vacation, having stomach problems, cramps, fever, diarrhoea, so they don’t want to reimburse us even for the last 4 nights paid in advance.
Worse hotel ever.
Don’t ever stay at this hotel because is a danger for YOUR HEALTH!!!!!
Avoid it with all costs.

Located far away from Instanbul, staff doesn't speak english at all, I used this "five stars" hotel as re-acconodation after a flight delay, they gave us uncleaned room

Isolated area, around 45 mins to 1 Hr from airport. The building is old tired doesn't look like is been renovated for a very long. The room and furniture are all looks old and very tired.

First at all it was very cold in the hotel. In my room the towels were with holes,the central air conditioner didn't work,the door opens itself if you don't lock it,in the bathroom the water was very low. They don't have any signs in english,so I get confused how to go to the SPA centre!
In my friend's room the door in the bathroom locked and we can't opened it to use it,so we call the recepcion they say that they will send the technician,but nobody came! At dinner there were nothing special or typical turkish both for dinner and breakfast. The chicken wasn't good and it has bad smell...
Maybe there were times that this hotel was 5star hotel,but now it is very bad! They deserve 0 stars!
