We were traveling by road with three kids and reached the hotel 2 AM,27th Mar 2024, Hotel agreed for late check out and serving Breakfast up to 12 PM, we went to restaurant 11:00,they informed us its closed, and they did not accept the term that they agreed at morning.
The shocking part for us was when they said if you apologize for your mistake and sign a paper saying that we wake up late !!! we will offer you breakfast!!!
After traveling all over the world, this is the first time I hear that from the hotel manager,
He was so rude and unpolite and I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel or be ready for apologize !!! such a joke
I suggest the hotel to send the manager to refresh curse if they don’t fire him!!I called their head office in Istanbul, surprisingly they told me they can not do anything about the compalin and the only solution they gave is to NOT GO THIS HOTEL ANY MORE!!!

well thanks to your respond, your side of the story and the level and literature of your respond is showing how hard you are trying to clear off your shoulder and how good you are in communicating and treating your guests!!!
like my family haven't contact the reception for this request and, they call the police right after they saw the restaurant is close just for fun !! as you point out and it was not in response to rude behavior of your staff,
like they just want to show off regarding the car and that was not in response to your hotel manager comments on ability of my family to pay for breakfast outside of the hotel! I am sorry for my family's stay in your hotel, and I definitely should take the advice of your head office, to not stay in your hotel!!!
My issue was not to be able to be served with breakfast or not , don't drive it that way, the way you react, the way you treat the guest, and the way you and your head office handle the complain is something you failed dramatically, you like it or not.

On our way to Mercin we stayed there for two days. A modern hotel with a great view on the upper floors. Very good restaurant, rest areas, good gym and SPA with pilling and massage for travelers. Recommend!

Upon arrival; the valet parked our vehicles. All 13 che ked in smoothly the rooms were made within 10 minutes. The AC was on the wrong setting and wasn't cool enough, but cracking the window open it felt cool on the 10th floor. Great gym and a decent size pool try getting in during the afternoon as it can get busy at times. Sauna steam wrong and an in-house hamam which is available to all guests. We noticed all the national and international teams come and stay at the hotel whilst in town.

Everything looked nice and started good. But the airconditioning didn't work, even though after some technical guy came to help. He said to wait 15 minutes. But the temperature kept rising, until 28,5 degrees. Very weird. The food from room service was cold, and quite expensive. We had a really bad night.

Good Hotel, with kind staff.
The room was okay, and the breakfast was good.
The main problem is that on the booking and their website it's written that there is a pool, but when I was about to swim they told me that I have to wear a pool cap, so -1 star for that, they should have warned their customers before.

Hotel is clean and comfortable in general but there are some downsides if you are looking for more from “5-star” hotel.
- Pool and SPA were not available on saturday morning for useless reason. We were told that we can only swim from 10 to 10:30 am because there is a swimming course starting at 10:30. Sorry? This is not my problem. If you advertise your hotel as “5-star” with pool and spa option, they should be available to your customers, not people from outside.
- Sauna was not available at all. We were told to come back at 7 pm 😅
- Breakfast was okay. Some diary products didnt seem to be fresh but the rest was okay.
- Coffee should have been better.

Clean hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Free parking garage, easily accessible and plenty of parking spots. Excellent breakfast buffet like a 4 star hotel. Great views from the window, but the windows are dirty from the outside making it hard to see. Staff is very polite and professional. The receptionist was accomodating and spoke English well. Being that this is a majority Muslim country, I have to say I am disappointed with the alcohol in the mini bar inside the rooms, the bar downstairs, on the menu, and offered during room service even though not ordered. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

As I always said before Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Double Tree standard is same in everywhere. It is clean, good quality, friendly, comfortable.
