We 3 cousins shared a room. The price was very good considering its location. The room and linens were clean. It was a spacious room. The attention was very good and our requests were met. The hotel was generally a quiet hotel.

Those concerned, it is considered clean, the necessary items are available in the rooms (no kettle, no iron). The breakfast is not bad.

We've been stupid, don't stay here. When I entered the room, the flush was not working and the shower head was not adjusted. The worst part was when I wanted to start the air conditioner, I saw that the air conditioner did not have an external motor. Customers and birds had turned the empty area there into a garbage dump. As soon as I opened the window, it smelled awful inside. When I called the authorized friend, he stated that he came to collect it with a glove in his hand. Afterwards, he left without collecting and made a sentence like "friends will sort it out in the morning".

We went up to the room and got down immediately. The toilet was in a disgraceful state. They wiped it from the top, and when they lifted the lid, there were pieces of feces on the inside of the yellow, filthy toilet. It was in a disgusting condition. We booked this hotel because it was close to where we needed to go, but I will never give it a chance again. They never said that we should be careful about extra hygiene for families with children, they gave us such a room without any shame, I have nothing to say but I do not recommend it.

I saw sincerity and cleanliness that cannot be found even in a 5-star hotel. Especially the sincerity of the hotel owner Barış Bey is worth everything. When you come to Sivas, you can choose this hotel with peace of mind, believing in my sincerity, before looking for another hotel. There is no room for doubts in life, experiences take you to the top. ❤️🫶

It is in a very central location, with double minarets, 300 meters from the center. The staff is friendly, especially Ms. Zeynep is very attentive. The rooms are nice and have everything including tea and coffee. You can park in front of the hotel, the staff is helpful.

Let the work come across, clean, meticulous, beautiful comfort, great breakfast, interest, good, halal to the employees, regardless of the dirt or cleanliness of the top, there is the same interest for everyone. As an industrialist, we always went with overalls, that is, work clothes. I wish you continued success from God....
