Beautiful Gem, nicely tucked away in the city centre. Service, Breakfast & cleanliness were equivalent of that of 5 Star Hotel.
Rooms are little small but cosy. Guest experience is next to none, treating all guests as individual, with care, professionalism like a family. What topped my stay was surprise celebration of my long- forgotten birthday at breakfast table. Thank you Team for reminding us the beauty of human nature.

The hotel is awesome, I strongly recommend this hotel for tourists, the best in Sivas, location is in the centre. From Kyrgyzstan Husein
