The Diplomat Hotel

Our stay at the Diplomat Hotel in Marmaris Turunc was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, treating us with such warmth and kindness. They were particularly accommodating towards me and my baby, which made a world of difference. Every single member of the team was lovely, from the bartenders to the front desk staff, always ready to help with a smile.

A special mention has to go to Rumeysa, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, making sure we were comfortable at all times. Hakan was equally fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well taken care of.

The food was another highlight—delicious and varied, with something for everyone. And the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, right by the beach with breathtaking views. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already planning to return. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

We didn't stay but we wish we had! Right on the waterfront, perfect for people watching with great service and friendly staff. We went for lunch and loved the food so much, we went for dinner the next day. By far our favourite place we ate in Turunc. A bit off season so it was wonderfully quiet and chill vibes

Our stay was great—rooms are fairly clean, sound isolation is not bad even though there’s a karaoke and a live music bar across the street (the noise stops at 12). The hotel’s beach is also decent, although you need to bring your own towels. The entrance is rocky, but the water is clear, no complaints about that.
Breakfast is buffet style, all the food is pretty high quality, plus there’s filtered coffee.
The only annoyance was mildly salty water in the tap — but looks like it’s like that in all of Turunç. They only put shampoo for some reason, so it would benefit from some shower gel and maybe slippers. And as I mentioned, hotel beach towels would be nice. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend and would come again myself.

Great service. Very cozy and comfortable rooms. Great view and a magnificent beach! This hotel is an excellent place to relax. The restaurant is also very tasty. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back for sure :)

Superb location with beautiful views of hills and bay, private beach, lovely room overlooking bay and brilliant staff with the Manager extremely helpful. I had not realised how beautiful this part of Marmaris was. It deserves to be better publicised.
