The Diplomat Hotel

The reason I brought my 85 years old mother to Turunc was for her to reminisce her visit she did 40 years ago. When we went to the hotel , they gave us a room which was located on the other side of the main hotel . It was located on the 3rd floor . No elevator . I requested if we can move to a first floor . They told me that they will let me know . On the second day I still haven’t heard anything from the management. When I went back I said my concern to another person and his respond was the same as the first persons respond. They will let me know !! I haven’t heard nothing from them .
No communication. If they called and said no room available, I will not have any issue . That is ridiculous. As a courtesy you can call and let me know.
They provide parking but we got woken up by a call from the hotel at 8am in the morning about moving our car so that another car could get out of the parking lot . I am there to rest and enjoy my vacation
I will never return back to this hotel .

Refrigerator didn't work and finally was replaced at 2 in the morning. Door to room didn't completely lock. Coffee ran out at breakfast and food was taken away promptly at 10:30.

Sal water in the shower and taps... Shower drain was clogged and filling up. Surroundings are very noisy until around 23-00h. Location is in the middle of the center, if this is what your looking for
