The price is good. The rooms are big and nice smells great. The food is so good also for breakfast. The atmosphere is quite nice. There’s a nice spot, but we didn’t use. There is a swimming pool separate for men and woman. Lots of trees and nice grass outside where you can just relax and sit down. Next to supermarket barbershop in many restaurants very convenient easy to get a taxi I like it.

We arrived yesterday for 4 nights .. nice hotel .. the receptionist Zara was great .. but the problem there is street dogs in the reception and in the main garden of the hotel and in the main restaurant outside sitting area .. we cannot enjoy setting the whole day due to there presence .. they are barking at us.. the receptionist man on night duty told us it is not his problem and cannot do anything .. we will never return to this hotel and we will not advice our friends to make reservation there.

Bad service from staff , hotel needs renovation and cleaning not worth it . Had to move out after my first night .

The room cleanliness was lacking and the beds were not comfortable. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Really nice place. Clean, staff is friendly. Food was nice the only problem they don’t let you dish yourself they don’t let you near food so my kids couldn’t see what they want. Swimming pool is really nice and hot. Their spa is amazing for the price you pay really great. Overall nice.

I recommend you not to go to this place, I had booked all inclusive, it was very bad for days, the same food many times, yesterday's food and expensive

Good place to go for medical holidays. It combines therapeutic and thermal treatment for those that need it. It is also a hotel. Their strong points are the spas and Turkish baths. The rooms are just ok and are equipped with basic facilities. The restaurant is also just ok though I didn’t try their food. I recommend especially for medical tourists

They are thieves, no one should invest in them, and they have a branch in the Mall of Istanbul to steal people and waste their time.
