There’s no question that you are paying a premium for the view and location and it delivers. The terrace/garden was the perfect place to watch the balloons at sunrise.

Great and warm service from everyone - the front desk (especially Elif), housekeeping, restaurant staff. Cave rooms are very cool novelty. At night it does feel quite different than sleeping in a normal room.

Dining was great and in comparison all the additional chargeable services at the property were quite reasonably priced all things considered.

This hotel truly left a lasting impression on us. It’s perfectly located, offering stunning views of hot air balloons floating across the sky. The rooms are incredibly cozy, and the front desk staff is both attentive and genuinely warm. The restaurant serves delicious food, with thoughtful service that makes every meal enjoyable. Knowing that the chef uses fresh ingredients from the hotel’s own small farm reflects the dedication they put into every detail. We initially debated between staying in Göreme or Uchisar, and we’re so glad we chose Uchisar—it offers a peaceful retreat amidst all the attractions.

Perfect location for viewing the balloons in the morning, recommended. Especially from the view from the terrace in the restaurant. Sunset was stunning too. We had an incredible time staying at The Ariana Lodge. The views were absolutely spectacular. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful.
We had an emergency on a hiking trip where are car got stuck in the middle of nowhere with no human in sight. The hotel was able to arrange a tow truck which got to our location within 15 mins!
The suites are spacious, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our fine dining experience at the Palm restaurant aswell. Overall, a surreal experience and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful location, great hotel service. But the Plum restaurant really is a huge negative for the overall experience. I still gave 4 stars because of the hotel, restaurant deserves just 1 star for being beautiful. The breakfast service was extremely slow. It look a while before we even got menus. The only juice that they had each morning was OJ. Not even pomegranate which is popular for Turkey or a green juice. The chef did not prepare the eggs as requested well done. Also no fruits requested were ever brought out. The eggs benedict and oatmeal were a complete joke. Just look at the pics and judge for yourself. On white toast with the edges cut off...really? The egg was pitiful. The oatmeal was drenched and soupy. After our first dining experience, we planned to go outside of the hotel to dinner, but due to heavy rains ended up at the Plum again. The pasta had no taste, and the presentation could be better. The desert was awful. Instead of caramelizing the banana, it looks and tasted like I was just eating a banana. This restaurant is in desperate need of a revamp!! Comparing with the brunch we had nearby at Maria's breakfast (which was the best meal during our stay in Cappadocia), night and day. Furthermore, we dined at the Plum 3 times during our stay and not one time were we asked how our meal / service was.

This is the best hotel in the region. I stayed nearly all leading hotels in the region. I think most of them are living on their past glory and do nothing to keep their hotel updated.
First of all, at front office Bekir and Oguz bey is doing their best to help visitors. They helped us a lot during our stay and give lots of information about the region and attractions. Unfortunately due to bad weather conditions, we could not ride in hot air balloon. If you do not want to tolerate humidity in a tiny cave room, stay in Ariana and feel the luxury and the best service.

Very comfortable and clean boutique hotel. Friendly and professional stuff with good English. Good cuisine and wine list.

You don't always remember staff from the hotels you have stayed in the past. My husband and I will remember not only our stay in Ariana but each staff we met.

Our 6-night stay was amazing. Our room Siduri has a beautiful balcony with great views. Even though it was chilly in the evening, it was the right place to enjoy our wine. The breakfast/dinner was amazing. As mentioned earlier, we had the best steak here. The hotel overall has been kept very well. There are only 11 suites, so it is a small luxury boutique hotel. I can guarantee you. You will enjoy your stay in Ariana.
