Kapadokya Konak Hotel

A tasteful and peaceful hotel with very comfortable beds. The breakfast room is sunny and beautiful with views and friendly dogs and cats. Homemade jams were delicious.

The Kale Konak cave hotel in Cappadocia was terrific. Several buildings/caves have been linked with tunnels that weaved their way to create this hotel. The tunnels between rooms under the hotel provided fascinating glimpses of what life was like decades ago. The rooms are luxurious, and the breakfasts were excellent. It is located right next to Uchisar Castle.

We loved our 3 night stay at this hotel, which is located right next to the “castle” in Cappadocia and has amazing views of the valley below. The staff went above and beyond to help us, offering great recommendations and accommodating our requests. Mustafa was especially great! The rooms are cozy and fun - built right into the rock - and arranged around a cute courtyard. Breakfast is very good and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s also a Turkish bath onsite. Highly recommend this place!

One of the most characteristic hotels I've ever stayed in. It is carved in the rock, like a typical house. Furniture is chic. You can also find a lovely Turkish bath. Fantastic breakfast. A parking lot close to the hotel. Under the Uchisar Castle. The staff was very kind, they kept our luggage for one night while we were trekking. Much, much suggested.

We were traveling as an extended family (2 sets of grandparents and a family of four). We LOVED this hotel. The cave setting was fabulous (kids loved exploring!). Our family room was perfect (with a separate bunk bed area for 2 kids and large main bedroom.) Bathroom was large and had nice shampoos and soaps. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Location- right next to Uçhisar Castle and with fabulous morning and sunset views of the valleys and hot air balloons). The hotel is full of loveable cats too. Walking distance to souvenir shops and many restaurants. Lovely hamam in the hotel and you can book massages or Turkish baths. Staff were very accommodating. Mustafa was incredibly friendly and gave us great restaurant and wine bar recommendations when we checked in.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. All of the staff were so friendly and so helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the location can’t be beat. Book this place, you won’t regret it !!

This is a beautifully designed hotel with delightful outdoor terraces and nooks, places for socializing or privately reading a good book when the weather is fair. It sits at the base of the Uchisar castle, and so has extraordinary views (including the famous balloons lifting off at sunrise). Their breakfasts were extraordinarily fresh and varied. My first room was spacious and lovely enough - but for some reason for my second night I was given an upgrade to a suite with an enclosed stone balcony and enclosed stone stairway to the rooftop! I still don't know how I deserved the upgrade but was very grateful to have the luxurious space (a sitting room with a working fireplace, for example). Best of all, the young staff I encountered at this hotel were efficient and friendly, particularly the two who helped me out with moving my things. I really appreciated their kindness. I was also given great help from an older gentleman late at night. There seems to be a family atmosphere to the management here, without lacking in professionalism. I would love to come back to this place and stay longer!

Fabulous stay. Warmest welcome by Miss Bahaar. Highest point, overlooking the Uchisar Castle. Best property, clean big rooms, a proper castle with rustic furniture, morning views were breathtaking , hot air balloons flying. Scrumptious Breakfast and the best tomato pickle I ever had. Thanks to Bahaar, she packed a bottle of pickle, warm gesture.
