A very nice experience and the hospitality is unmatched and second to none. The rooms were old but were maintained and kept very clean by the hotel over the years. Stepping into this hotel is literally like stepping into a time machine and the decor is very 70s. The breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner is fresh, tasty and healthy.

Very friendly staff, quite place and in the middle of ski mountains.

The hotel stay was absolutely excellent.
The staff were very helpful in helping us to arrive at the destination, and were very friendly throughout our stay. They speak good English, so it was easy to communicate. It was our daughter's 17th birthday, and they baked her a birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday for her. They were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed meeting them.
They helped us to arrange skiing and snowboarding lessons etc.
The location is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, especially for the beginner slopes. It was right next to the slopes (less than a 1 minute walk), and then it would take us another minute or so to ski down to the start of the ski lift.

The room (4 people) was spacious and good. It was very warm with a view of the mountains and the ski slopes. The lounge area was nice for the evenings before dinner, and had board games and hot drinks. The food was good throughout the trip. There are 4 meals included in the 'full-board' price at various points throughout the day, and tea and coffee are served all day, so it really had us fully covered.

There are cafés and ski-hire shops all in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel gives us ski-gear at a discounted price from their own stock, and they help us to get discounts on snowboard-gear in the other shops.

We went with our 2 daughters (17 and 20) towards the end of December, and really enjoyed our stay. Even for those of us who weren't skiing/ snowboarding, the location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Uludag.
