First of all, I would like to thank the Ramada family for the friendly and sincere behavior of all the staff. I would also like to thank Ms. Melisa and Mr. Zafer at the front desk for the interest and interest of all the staff at the front desk. It is impossible to forget Büşra and Akif, they are also smiling and admirable. I cannot write to another person who deserves gratitude because I do not know their names😅 I would like to thank all the service staff who serve at breakfast and dinner for their hard work and for their interest, especially for their friendliness 😊 it was nice to know you, I hope you will not forget me too😁

We enjoyed short time in Ordu. Nice pool - kids had fun. Breakfast was nice.

After an extended stay at the Hotel I can only say great things. The rooms are clean and well looked after, the food is good quality but most importantly the staff are exceptional. They are always friendly and smiling and will go above and beyond to help you with any requests you have!

Hi this is the worst experience I have ever been in my life

Our trip started from Georgia and we came to this hotel, the staff was very interested, we would like to thank Emirhan in particular.

Expected much more from 5 stars hotel. A lot of small defects like the absence of bathrobes, fridge not in function, quite poor breakfast, no espresso coffee etc. Don't expect much from the beach either
